Dr Sir Plz see my case.I am 73 yrs old oneday due to unnecessary stress my pressure increased . I consulted cardiologist.He prescribed pressure tablet for a long time .He will not give prescription take the tablet.I took the tablet for 2 years . Please note I am not a pressure patient.My pressure will be 120/80. It is the mistake of a Dr.Oneday I was unconscious.The side effects of the tablet was fall of sodium and potassium.Then it was corrected and three Drs gave counciling to my wife.He is not pressure patient.His Bp and sugar are normal .To avoid side effect Dr should follow the patient Now' I am alright This is for your kind information

Good morning Doctor, Thank you so much really for your very valuable advise. I am working in Oman more than 20-years and taking Telmisaritan, as per family doctor advise which changed to Telvas-40, 20, Tantas, covance-50 respectively due to non availability / Airport restrictions in India and Oman. Recently company Doctor has suggested Amlopres-5 also for the more activeness of covance-50 since one year. So totally I am taking 2 tablets daily, Amlopres-5 in the morning and covance-50 in the night. Kindly advise/guide on its side effects and care to avoid those side effects.
