    Great video - I would like to purchase a build list so that I can build out this exact piece of hardware. Looks like a real gem. Would you consider making a build list for your viewers if they wanted to purchase one? Thanks for the video!

    Good stuff Josh! I love my AR22Lr pistol. I haven’t noticed any cracking on any of my cmmg bolts, however I will certainly pop an o ring in all of them just be safe. There are several subsonic brands of ammo I have been shooting that cycle reliably and offer that ‘hollywood’ quietness you mentioned. Charlie Mike!

      Thanks! I notice that on a hot day, 36gr bulk pack sometimes is super sonic for a very short period of time. This is why I stick with 40gr bulk pack stuff.

    If you get the Advantage Arms 22LR conversion for Glocks they can run in the CAA roni kits with an airsoft Roni charging handle! With the threaded barrel from AA you'll get the same result!

      2Chanz how would the charging handle attach to the aa slide?

    Hey man I was curious if you had a build list ? I want to build one with my dad as a project for us but it would be our first one. Thanks again

    How do you get the charging handle to work? And what kind of magazines are those, could you also get them with fewer rounds in it?

    What do you recommend? Kriss defiance Nordic nc22 or cmmg mk4?

    Thanks for the video bud. I'm thinking about getting my first gun & regular size AR15. I'm also thinking about just going about getting a Assembled lower of my choice & then saving up for a Assembled Dedicated Upper. What Upper & lower would be a good combo any recommendations?

    • @joshv06
      @joshv06  Před 5 lety +1

      Anything really. I just go with Anderson for the price. Any upper and lower will serve you well. Most people go for polymer uppers and lowers since it's there is no stress from shooting .22 so they cam keep the gun light.

    I’m looking at a smith and Wesson AR .22, out of curiosity are you able to replace the stock, hard guard, and trigger with normal ar15 parts? Or do you have to get ones specific to the .22?

    • @joshv06
      @joshv06  Před 3 lety

      Stock and trigger: yes, trigger guard: no. Since it's integral

    I unfortunately have the cmmg magazines do I also need that mag adapter if your running those mags? I also purchased the cmmg 22lr kit with dedicated barrel and lastly I heard people running the plug in the back without a buffer any thoughts on that? Overall great video take care and stay safe always 💯🙌🏽🍻

    • @joshv06
      @joshv06  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks man,
      No adapter needed with cmmg mags, but you will not get lockback.
      Using a pressure plug without a buffer is fine. But it might get the spring stuck when you try to remove it because a buffer would hold the spring back via the buffer retainer. I just use a cheap Chinese buffet with the weights removed in mine.

      @@joshv06 ah ok how is it that it would not lockback with the cmmg mags? iraqveteran8888 has a vid where hes shooting a cmmg 22lr kit and his mag locks back with the cmmg mags? Does it have anything to do with the mag adapter? And lastly what buffer spring weight are you running? Is it the standard mil spec spring weight or a heavier 308 spring? Thanks for your tips and informative information, I appreciate your feedback Bro, thank you for taking the time 💯🙌🏽🔥🍻

    Can you make a parts list?

    • @joshv06
      @joshv06  Před 4 lety +5

      Cmmg .22 bolt
      Cmmg 4.5" .22 barrel
      Better mag adapter
      Taccom buffer spacer (bore buddy now makes these)
      ALG ACT
      Guntec 7" M-LOK Rail
      Silencerco 22 sparrow
      S&W 15-22 mags
      Those are the main parts. You can use any upper or lower.

    Not cool, don't post videos like this when I have a stripped polymer lower laying around.
    Got my Wolff XP hammer spring sitting at the mailbox for the main pistol lower, figure doesn't hurt with the overgassed 300blk or the future blowback pistol cal upper keeping everything in battery that nano second longer in theory without adding more force returning to battery like an XP action/buffer spring causes.

      Yeah I wouldn't want you going off spending more money.. Unless it's at SkidTactical.com haha
