In this workout we use booty bands, resistance bands, and foam rollers in the cooldown section. But don't worry, you will still be worked without them.

Loved this workout and I rarely ever comment, so I mean it! As someone who sticks primarily to high impact cardio and HIIT routines and heavier weights, this was a much needed change to something low impact with bodyweight. Time to give the joints a break! Don't be fooled by the low impact title/description with this one - the sweat was dripping, heart was pumping non-stop and muscles were burning. Burned a ton of calories (in my 40s and very close calorie burn to my hardest boxing workouts), trainers were great, time flew by and my body felt relieved afterwards! Can't wait to see more workouts from this great LIT Method duo!
N B right!!! I’m going to be 40 in a few days and I usually do high cardio/HIIT type stuff- so this thing was a shock!! I had a max HR at what I get with my high cardio ones! Which totally blew my mind! I wasn’t in peak heart rate quite as long but I wasn’t expecting to get up that high with this! And not a single burpee? Or star jump? Or pop squat?? Whaaaaat!??? Lol! This thing was AMAZING! Love it! Although I have a feeling I won’t be able to walk tomorrow! Lol!

I love this work out and have done it a ton of times! I love the chemistry of the personalities that make it fun and interesting and still get a good workout. It’s hard to find a low impact workout that will actually make me sweat! Keep up the great work.
Why do people feel the need to complain about FREE workouts? Especially free workouts from PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS?! This workout will make you sweat and will get your heart rate up. Thumbs up from me.

Absolutely LOVE the resistance band section! I don't usually comment on videos, but I've been dealing with a back injury for the past month or so, and have been looking for ways to strengthen those muscles to speed up my recovery and prevent it from happening again. I can already tell that these kinds of exercises will definitely help a lot!

I am 7 months postpartum and I have been doing yoga for 67 days now but as a former athlete I felt like I was missing something, and now I know that something was cardio. This workout is a butt kicker but I absolutely love it. I am incorporating it into every day this week, it doesn't get boring. I don't have he foam roller, so I am substituting with just stretching. I burn over 600 calories each time I do this. Ill come back to this workout to let you know what I drop at the end of the week! These workouts kick my postpartum blues to dust. Low impact does not mean you wont sweat! This was a fantastic workout, I've been doing Beachbody on Demand for almost 2 years now & decided to start saving money & trying something new & these Popsugar workouts have been fantastic! Also everyone needs a foam roller! So inexpensive & it hurts so good!
