I have a Versa not a charge but I loved looking at the zones and trying to learn a new mode on the watch for HIIT workouts! HR peaked at 173 and I got a great workout in!!

I am seeing a lot of comments about not liking the “screaming”. Personally it worked for more. I enjoyed the energy and it really helped me push to not give up. I also liked all the changes so I don’t get bored or think about how hard it is. Felt great when I finished and hope to see more from this team ! Wouldn’t change anything. To each his own I guess.
I love Justin and Taylor! Idk why a lot of people are complaining about the teaching. I know a lot of trainers who would stop doing the exercise to walk around class to see if the exercise is performed correctly. He does that here showing what Taylor does right. And there also are other workouts of the two on popsugar where he doesn't stop working out while teaching the class. For me I guess there really isn't a problem... I love how the low impact protects my joints and this workout really pushes me. My fav workout is the 45min with foam rolling though - so amazing!
I may never go to the gym again. I got all that I need right here with these workouts.

I'm here for The Lit Method, or whatever they are called. I don't really care about any you tube coaches' tone or counting style. I mute them if necessary. Bottom line, this workout is effective and safe for this tired body!! More please.
I enjoyed it and the yelling was very motivating every time I slowed down I heard him yell yes you can and I was fast again people are complaining so much hehe I do wish he did the workout while talking lol
I loved this workout for the outcome of the workout (ie, I am sweating all over the place) I did not enjoy the delivery style but I am grateful for the energy you guys shared with us. Didnt get the safe friendly feels I normally experience from Popsugar. I appreciate the variety, this just ain't for me 🙏💕
To those who complained about the trainer being loud, get yourself a bluetooth headset and use play your own playlist! Im very picky when it comes to music genre when i workout (im a lazy person so great playlist helps a lot haha) and bluetooth headset helps, no need to spend a fortune.. i got myself $25 bluetooth headset just for working out and honestly its been amazing. Im working out more~
I realize I don't like when the couch screams that much, and feels unfair he's not doing the exercise with her and me.
I find him really annoying. Other than that great workout.
I thought the same. Especially when it was push up time. He managed the first series but then he gave up on the second and third one where it was the hardest time lol

Wow. Firstly, as per your request, I spent most of my time in the cardio zone, just shy of my peak. I couldn't tell you how STOKED I was when I got to peak zone!!! Secondly, your words of perseverance got me through this workout, and also ring so true during these dark times. I have never commented on any video before. But - I have to say, this morning I was so sluggish. This workout was VERY hard for me and I paused the video twice before the halfway mark. I thought very hard about quitting, but decided to give it one more go, and I finished! I appreciated Justin's motivation and Taylor doing some modifications. Thank you and also - ARGH.

I recently have started trying to take better care of myself amidst a plethora of life stressers and I did not know how bad I needed this workout until it was over. I feel exhausted in the best way and can't wait to get better and better at it! I'm so glad this channel exists for people like me that don't have the luxury of a gym close enough to frequent every day and don't want to pay a bunch of money for these same kind of workouts. Also love the energy and motivation Justin provides throughout the video. Definitely helps!!!
I LOVED it!!!👍 280 cal; 153 maximum hr. Very close to my max heart rate in a cycling class. I was sweating bullets. Hardest low impact video I found. I would love to see more videos from you.

WHEW! This is one of the most intense workouts I've ever done! During the marching/mountain climbing section, I'm gasping for breath! I've done this workout four times so far, and each time, I'm drenched in sweat afterward, but I feel accomplished! Personally, I think the motivation and the trainer's high energy are great. It's really inspirational, especially when he says "you can do anything you put your mind to." My late grandmother used to say that to me all the time. Great workout!

i cried in the middle of this workout ... not because it was so hard but because i couldn't believe my body is able to do what i thought was hard. this was so worth it! it is very motivating as much as it is challenging!
I used to do daily HIIT workouts before I broke my leg a year ago. After my final surgery in March, I am slowly starting to exercise again. This gave me the same challenge of most HIIT with no jumping, exactly what I need as I strengthen my body again. Thank you soooo much for the sweat!

What an awesome workout! Sometimes I just need to give my knees and joints a good rest! It also got my heart rate up just as high as a regular HIIT (or close to). Those abs at the end we’re a great burn and a perfect way to finish!! 👌

I love HIIT workouts but have hip issues. I was so happy I came across this workout and his upbeat intense direction helped me push through. When I first started this video 2 weeks ago I could get through 10 minutes but now I can hang in there for the full session... now I'm not saying I'm going full out the entire time but that's the goal. I just LOVED this workout. Full body indeed - and I didn't even bother my neighborhoods with late-night jumps since it's low impact. Also, I find the guy's talk is very motivating and it kept me going further. And now I am seriously considering getting a fitbit
I loved this workout!! It was challenging and I felt it EVERYWHERE! I look forward to the soreness tomorrow! I also LOVE the fact that I wasn't jumping all over but still got a fab workout! I have a versa 2 and loved seeing the different zones I was in!! Peaked at 177 with and average heart rate of 153 for the workout!! Great job guys, please keep these workouts coming!!!

This was extremely intense, definetly not the type of workout that I would do regularly because of how hard it was. You guys pushed me over my limit, I'm sure I'll be hating you tomorrow when I can't stand.
My muscles are so tight and sore right now, would have appreciated a full cool down and stretch! 🥴

Hi, this is amazing what you are doing and so happy I am starting my first session with this 30min low impact HIIT workout. The first time was quite hard and the second time was moderate and th third time was 75% I am determined to complete this in a month so Well done.
If you could tip me which exercise would be suitable for me, since I am 60 but very fit, as it would be greatly appreciated

One of the toughest workouts I have done since the quarantine. Would love to see more that don’t involve jumping and running but get your heart Rate up and exercises the whole body

No word of a lie, I was skeptical when my other half was doing this and she tried since lockdown to get me into this. Now I wish I done this sooner.
I'm so glad that I took the initiative to do this instead of running for 20-30mins. Even though simple runs are great, your only working select muscle groups, this is all body.
I almost went in my peak zone! I have a Inspire HR and my max was 168. I'm in good shape so it means that's a great work out x)
