Man, I DO wish I was your neighbor! Looks good! I also know my dad and grandfather would love this recipe. They and 2 of their friends once went to an all-you can eat seafood buffet (don't know which one), and they stayed so long, eating so much seafood, a manager actually had to ask them to leave.

Used the Deep Creole Seafood Boil along with Zatarain's concentrated shrimp & crab boil with some cayenne. Also, made a butter sauce with Creole Kick. Everything came out fire.
Ive been looking for a good recipe for this and as soon as i saw you had a video on it i knew this was going to be it! Trying today! Thank you! Oh also for anyone who may want to do it, you can keep all of your veggie scraps and freeze them to make a fantastic broth later when its cold outside, especially if you save your chicken, beef or even pork bones and fat, the bone marrow breaks down (especially if you add a little apple cidar vinegar) and adds delicious flavor and will give your immune system a huge boost before the winter illnesses come around! I try to can at least 8 quarts of each but you can also freeze it if you would rather do that!
