My Mother used to make some of the best Oxtails with Okra and White Rice.
They were a little on the expensive side, so it was an occasional delicacy.
She always made sure our bellies were full every night with a good meal.

Yo!! After watching your video I smoked oxtail for the very first time and they came out 🔥🔥🔥 After I smoked them for an hour and a half I put them in a cast iron skillet with some beef broth some butter and minced garlic. covered with aluminum foil and put them back on the grill and slow cooked them for two more hours and OMG!🔥 Thank you brother!

Every single recipe of your's that I've followed has been straight fire and this is no exception. Had a couple of skinny cows butchered a while back and used those tails for these. Even though they were scrawny and tough they turned out great and the overall flavor of the sliders is on point.

Just wanted to make a quick comment on the aluminum foil, a lot of people don’t know that it’s made up of layers, the reason one side is dull is because it’s the side that comes in contact with another sheet! In reality it doesn’t matter what side you use they’re both the same! Love your videos AB!
