If you’re looking for a bookstore with english books only there is Smith&Son right next to the Jardin des Tuileries. There’s also the more famous one: Shakespeare&Co, tho a bit more crowded, there’s usually a queue but the bookstore’s really nice and there’s a coffee shop too. :) Not in the same neighbourhood tho!

It's totally normal to feel emotional & immense amount of gratitude when you're experiencing sth you've always wanted ❤️ I think that if I ever go to Edinburgh (one of my dream destinations) I would cry 😅 also as a book lover I got so excited to see a little glimpse of that bookstore, I adore bookstores 📚

Hi Iris, if ever you are still in Paris and looking for a great English bookstore, you should go to Smith and Son (Rue de Rivoli, 75001), usually on weekdays there is no line :)
