  • This is a full repair of a faulty and noisy pulley with an install of an official BMW replacement kit. It covers 3 pulleys and the belt, and it's cheap. I provide tips and guidance for beginners. I provide the steps for the advanced. I may upload a shortened version for the advanced mechanics later.

    As a tip, you should most definitely remove the tensioner lock pin after slipping the belt on. Makes things 10x easier

      Yea, that's a good idea. This car is so dramatically simple to loosen the belt that I probably didn't think twice about that, 🤣, it's a really old video. Thanks for sharing, and hopefully others will consider doing this.
