I love how an important part of his character is that he's always trying to touch Jeff/Jeff's abs
He not so subtlety propositions Jeff multiple times throughout the series. One of the earliest ones was in season 1 when he's trying to convince Jeff to join the debate team:
Dean: What's it gonna take? A plum park space, free meals, a night of companionship, if you know what I mean?
Jeff: I'll do it for the parking space and if you promise not to tell me what you mean
The funniest is when he moves into the apartment beside Jeff's:
"Oh good you've got wine - I've got Friends with Benefits... no subtext."
He also always stand close Jeff whenever hes standing near the table. Usually hes near the door but when he gets closer, he mossies his way right next to Jeff.
