Posterior Pelvic Tilt Hold with Heel Slide

  • 1. Lie on your back with your knees bent a feet flat on the floor
    2. Perform a posterior pelvic tilt (roll your hips backwards so your back is flat on the floor)
    3. While maintaining the posterior pelvic tilt, slowly straighten one leg out and then bring it back to the starting position.
    4. Relax and then repeat using the other leg. Keep alternating between the left and right leg.
    Perform 5 repetitions each side, 4 sets total.
