  • 1. Lay on your back. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground
    2. Lift one knee up to your chest so that your hip is at a roughly 90 degree angle
    3. While keeping your knee flexed up to your chest, lift you butt off of the ground towards the ceiling. Return to the starting position and repeat
    Perform 8-12 repetitions, 2-3 sets
