Won’t sound just come through the vents in your helmet? Doesn’t seem like the helmet doily is a great addition.

The helmet doily does work but this version sucks. I couldn’t use it but even if I did I found a lot wrong with its application. I use ear plugs like everyone else. Vents on newer helmets work a lot better than the older helmets as they lower the wind noise. There are chin adapters that can be installed but I have found one that would work for me yet.
