Little 10 year old me sat with my jaw dropped after hearing Shadow say "Damn, not here..." when you die in the game. This is the game that turned me into the violent criminal I am today.
Now we’re part of what is known as the ‘Shadow the Hedgehog generation’ where we say Damn and Hell as much as we want and Mom can’t do NOTHING to stop me. Not even giving me my favourite candy bar, not even taking me to the zoo can stop me from saying hell and damn and playing with my cool toy guns.

@@antpaste he never said he didn't drive after playing BeamNG, he said he didn't have a driver's license as of the BeamNG playthrough and talked about how paranoid he was of crashing cars while watching himself crash shit in the game as he was going to try getting a license some time after the recording.

Not even lying one time I was playing this really cool online game and I was talking to this guy who was bragging about his gaming achievements and he said something super super similar to what you just said he beat Mario and like secret devil mode or something, he even had a big family that all went along with his stories and he showed me his seggs doll in the game that he pretended was his wife

This isn’t the first time - I remember the funniest one was when they overwrote the save for Wild Woody.
Which is so silly because hitting “New Game” after completing a route doesn’t override any saved data. It just starts a new path for you to go through. So they just ended the series due to them not understanding how the game works

I've got 2 fun facts about this game!
1: The demonic starfish guy was voiced by Sean Schemmel, the English voice of Goku
2: The pre-rendered cutscenes were made by Blur Studio, the studio who did the intro movie for Dark Souls 2 as well as contributed CG for the Sonic movies
They also did the Halo 2 Anniversary cutscenes if I recall correctly

I will never understabd how Cory could stomach playing as Team Rose and playing levels multiples times in Sonic Heros but couldnt even do a second run of different levels in Shadow..........well it IS Cory so...
It's funny how he complains about the speed and control of Shadow when it's 2X better than Heroes controls and faster to kill enemies too

I lived in such a remote area, that the mall area had like 20 shop and nobody was in them. Most were closed but you can see thru the glass. The big grocery store, like Albertsons was hour and a half drive around mountain with windy roads. I was 12 when I moved to the city. I miss that small town. Cities suck they're full of noise and homeless people

This game is certainly not good, but Cory thinking Heroes controls better than Shadow is the definition of Coryism
Heroes _does_ control better than Shadow. It blows my mind, the arbitrary and nonsensical standards of Sonic fans. They act like games like Heroes or Secret Rings are irredeemable trash, and yet they lowkey like true garbage like Sonic 06 and Shadow the Hedgehog.
