Customer service is paramount in all forms of businesses. no matter what. You don't escalate the issue, you try to deescalate it.
You have Security so you should keep your cool and let them handle it. You don't engage in their attitude.

It seems to me that the show had exhausted their ploy to gain viewers by inviting customers to come in and make a scene. Their new ploy is to dramatize staff relationships. 'A' for effort. 'D' for content.
