    Pickleball is a fun and entertaining sport that is very accessible and easy to play! It has recently gained popularity with people of all ages and in this workout Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow routine that will help not only in your pickleball game, but also help with your agility and balance.
    Your agility level and balance are important when it comes to everyday activities (not just pickleball). We use our balance in almost everything we do and our agility helps us with things like going up stairs, getting in and out of chairs, balancing an arm full of groceries and much more! This exercise is designed to help build up these areas as well as contribute to the movements you use during a pickleball match.
    Remember to always take breaks when you need to and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have fun building up that pickleball stamina during this easy and fun workout!

    Just started pickleball. I did some basic stretching before my first time playing. After a day I was sore in several places. I came to You Tube and was glad to see this. I will try implementing the workouts before I play. Very thorough yet not too time consuming. Thank You!!!
