Thank you so much, CJ, for educating your followers of the importance of balance. I am a former Pilates instructor and studio owner. A Pilates practice focus is on balance. We ALL need to stay strong with our balance. Many fractures from falls could be avoided if we worked on improving our balance daily. I agree with you totally that to see improvement it doesn't take much time to practice a few balance moves daily.

I always brush my teeth standing on one foot, simple but effective for balance when you do it everyday :-)

Thank you so much! I never thought of balance and injury; makes so much sense. I'm watching this after 3 weeks in a cast, after twisting my ankle and breaking my foot playing pickleball. I look forward to doing these exercises at home when I'm finally out of my cast. Thanks again, CJ!

I do static exercises before and and after playing PB. I try to hold each stretch for a minimum of 60 seconds. It helps my body recover after playing. I am 67 and find it very useful. I like your suggestion of dynamic stretches as well. I will try to work them into my routine.

Awesome Andrew! Dynamic stretching is a great way to warm up the body prior to play

Thank you! Some of these are also very good for strengthening the back. Did these after my back surg. years ago.

Balance can be a struggle! I am always working on balance because of my skiing and some days it's poor. The funny thing was I shot this early in the am and while my mind was ready the body was not cooperating! LOL!
