In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an all standing, no squats, no hops, no floor HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using dumbbells for added resistance.
Our No Squats! No Hops! and No Floor! routines are great for anyone that prefers to exercise without doing hops, squats or floor work. This series shows that you can still get a great workout in with alternate movements. This routine also utilizes *optional 2 different dumbbell weights for added variety between movements. However you can still use a single weight is preferred or just range of motion excluding weights.
This is and advanced workout so be sure to preview the movements before you begin if you are unsure of your fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that doesn't cause any pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!

    Hi Meredith, Thank you for the stretching workout. We have just had a hot spell here, but last 3 days, impressive beautiful thunderstorms. I love them! But sitting on our front porch swing I got hail stones in my lap😅 Cool mornings are for walking the doggo. This workout felt so great. Sitting too much, hamstrings, quads and hips too tight😂

    I'm not only a senior but have Ankylosing Spondylitis, a form of arthritis that attacks almost all of my joints. I do have to make some slight modifications and alternate other workouts but this has been really good for me. The first couple of times i did this my shoulders were a little stiff but since then I've noticed that my range of motion has improved. Thanks!

    Just started pickleball. I did some basic stretching before my first time playing. After a day I was sore in several places. I came to You Tube and was glad to see this. I will try implementing the workouts before I play. Very thorough yet not too time consuming. Thank You!!!
