Saying natural filler like 'Umm' or 'Aaa' is completely normal, and won't lower your band score as long as it isn't excessive, it is better to focus on coherence and fluency rather than avoiding natural filler. Yes the map is incorrect. IOK is not part of india. POK is not part of Pakistan and COK is not part of China. These parts belong to us who were born there. So please correct it and remove the j&k from the map. The request is coming from someone who was born there, unlike this person who has no relation to the place.
