Roma is a wonderful coffee substitute. May not taste exactly like coffee but has a nice flavor.

Sometimes the instant coffee can get this burnt like taste to it. I found it was because the water is to hot and can burn the coffee a bit. If you dont want ot wait a bit the let the water cool or afraid you will forget the water, you can dissolve the instant coffee with a splash of cold water and then pour in the hot water afterwards.
It makes a bigger difference than I imagined.

Put instant coffee (1/4 cup or so) in chocolate cake, batter, it helps to make the chocolate stand out.

Have never liked Starbucks, too acidic/bitter. Just FYI, dark roast is generally less acidic than lighter roasts.

@@problemsolvedshow Works best with a whisk that has a metal handle, just roll the handle fast with your palms. And for even better results, use a whisk that takes up a lot of space in the cup
