Glad your recovery is going well!! You look retry good for only 3 days post surgery!! That’s good that you were able to get up and walking around. Hope your back is feeling better now.

I love that I didn't have to take the Oxy, and that I've been able to manage he pain otherwise. I'm about done taking the other meds too, so we'll see if I even need Tylenol going forward.
Glad things are going well for you Dayna. Each day it will get a little easier. You’ve prepared a for comfy place for recovery. So glad you got that new couch and sitting area. Wonderful that you don’t have to wait until the following Friday to be seen. Hopefully that appointment went well for you. I love to see you laughing and am quite amazed that you were able to get up and walk around a little. Also impressed that you could edit and upload videos. I’m sure it helps to break up the day. As always thanks for keeping it real and sharing I sure it will be helpful for someone else who is contemplating having that done. My sisters surgery went well yesterday and she came through with flying colors and got to go home the same day to start her recovery. She felt like she’d been hit by a truck but at least she got to go home. She has 3 1/2 weeks of daily radiation ahead of her soon which I am sure will be challenging.
Thanks Michelle! The recovery has been so different than I ever could have expected, both good and bad. It's helped to have my videos to edit when I get bored, but I never make them a priority over resting/sleeping and recovering.

I knew he'd take the "pull my pants down" comment and would run with it! Ha! I set myself up with that one! But, it gave us a good laugh which is always good. He's been a lifesaver during my recovery too. He's super supportive.

You are doing great! Your bedroom is bigger than my apartment!
Our bedroom is too big. The developer didn't think about the layout of our model when they built it, so we have a larger room than necessary. We have a room inside of our room. But, now we have this amazing "living" space in it which I love.
