You are looking great! Happy your recovery is going so well. There is nothing better than freshly washed hair and a warm shower after days of recovery and feeling yucky. I recently switched from underwire bras over to the Underoutfit bras and never looked back! They are online only and a tad pricey but they usually run good sales. I learned about them on Instagram. It’s all I wear now, literally feels like I’m not wearing a bra but have all the support I need. Highly recommend! Just a thought on your bedroom staying cooler… this may sound a little tacky but I did this when I lived in Florida for my East facing bedroom. On super hot sunny days, cover that one high square looking window near the couch with aluminum foil or a custom cut car shade just during peak sun to keep the heat out? It makes a huge difference. I know you will give up the nice sunlight in the room but even if you just do it for a few hours I think it will make a marked difference. Just a thought. 😊
The washed hair and shower felt amazing! I've been looking at what kind of bra to get in the future, and some of those instagram ones look really good. I can't remember the brands though. I saved them on my phone so I can look them up later.
We've thought about putting up blinds in our room over those 3 little windows, but keep putting it off. So far this summer, it hasn't been hot enough to worry about it. I've been able to keep the room cool, and then I share the AC with the girls in evening before bed.
So fun to see you up and out and about. I’m sure it was a challenge to not be able to pick up here and there when you finally got downstairs. It looked pretty great though. They have been doing a fabulous job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Ashley is such a sweetheart to hop up there and wash your hair. I had to chuckle at the face she made when you said and now she can brush it. LoL glad things are going well and you’re progressing along towards a full recovery
I tend to stay upstairs because my tendency is to pick things up and clean when I'm downstairs! :) But it's been nice to get my hair washed downstairs for sure. I just washed it again today as I really shouldn't be in the shower long enough to wash it there. And I need Jasons help washing it in the shower. It's not a great experience because it's so cold without the water on.

Wow, your recovery is going along great!! I don’t think I heard you complain at all about your “ladies” hurting only your back!! You must of obeyed well and kept up with your pain meds. You definitely seem like you took it easy, with lots of help from your amazing family!! That’s great that you felt good enough to have Ashley wash your hair for you. That must of felt so refreshing. And getting the drains out and nasty gauze removed must’ve felt so good. You’re looking fantastic!! Oh you two are hilarious!! I just love watching your daily vlogs. You keep me entertained!! Lol That’s awesome you could wear a tank top and not wear pajamas!! Must of felt so good to go outside and go for a walk to get some fresh air!! I know when I had my “ladies” done, I couldn’t wait to take a walk and especially felt good to take a shower. I like listening to what you say about your reaction to seeing less. Because of course I had opposite problem and couldn’t wait to actually see something on my chest!! Lol What we women go through to make ourselves feel more comfortable in our own bodies!! Jason is doing great at housework stuff done for you!! Oh that dinner looked delicious!! Glad I got to quickly watch your update before running out the door to go to my salon!!

The incisions go from the underside of one chest, up the cleavage, and back under the 2nd chest. Then there are other incisions are a bit more TMI! Ha! I can send you another DM about them though. Ha!
