TV Guide Channel: Baltimore, MD - April 20th, 2000

Over a half hour of the TV Guide Channel that was found on a VHS Tape from an estate sale. This channel was from the Baltimore, MD area as it shows the stations that Baltimore had. This was broadcasted on April 20th, 2000 at 11:12am to 11:46am.
It was captured using a Toshiba S-VCR Player. A Elgato Game Capture HD Device with a passthrough of the Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-ES15 has been used to transfer the information into a computer.

When "TV Guide Channel" was already given its new look with its Program Guide and were filled with segments like "Music News", "Sports Insider".etc and updated ones from before like "Movie Profile", "Pay-Per-View Close Up", "TV Guide Trivia", "Insider", "Family Finds", "Entertainment News" and "TV Guide News Brief".
"Bats' was rated PG-13 when it was theatrically release. But after it hit home video, they gave it an "R" rating as it should have been.

What content descriptors apply to that movie? I believe that when PG-13 first started it was because of graphic violence
