- Jackass helped make Johnny Knoxville and his friends quite famous, and it seemed for a time that Knoxville would be able to turn his TV prank show fame into a solid movie career, as he had roles in Men in Black II, A Dirty Shame, and other films. However, we haven’t been hearing as much from Knoxville in recent years, even if there are always rumors of a fourth Jackass film.
He is still working though, and he also has a shockingly mellow family life, so let’s take a look at the real reasons why we don’t hear from Johnny Knoxville as much anymore.

If people actually watched "The Ringer" instead of judging because people find it "offensive" on the surface, they'd actually realize it's a good movie that promotes equality and understanding for special needs people.

I personally like the movie but understand that, overall, it did not do well critically and isn't the funniest film of all time by a long shot. But I do agree that it has a very good message that people wouldn't know it has by just watching the trailer.

Always loved when Johnny would do some stunt and get hurt (sometimes badly) and he''d still be joking with the camera and trying to make every moment on film count. Whereas Bam cried (sometimes literally) over the smallest things and, very rarely, did any of the major stunts.
