If it's not there, you have to restart it and look again, if it's not there again, restart it until it's there, and if it happens that you restart it and one is there but the other is not, then restart again, until the one you need is there.

It's not there for me. And YES I'm on Tornado.... Not there for me.

Only one artefact spawns per attempt, sometimes it's one that you already got
In that case you can go in the menu and press "Restart Memory"

@@junedabat Personally restart memory doesn't work, restart from checkpoint however does work,
NOTE: if you see the highlight (ghost version) or an artifact, restart from checkpoint, because that means non of them will spawn that time
