Official information regarding tuition fees, requirements, and other matters that pertain to the application process or demographics of the school should be asked from the registrar's office of the school.

Super informative po ng series! Since na-cover niyo po yung mga extracurriculars inside UPCM, just wondering if factor din po ba sa admissions ang CV specifically yung org works, positions, etc. during undergrad? May edge po ba yung mga may mga gantong org experiences over dun sa wala masyado?
Hi! I don't think may effect yung extracurriculars mo during undergrad sa chance mo of getting admitted sa UPCM. But I think it's something na pwede mo makwento during the interview to show them na you are sociable or may interpersonal communication skills ka. Mas may weight yung GWA and NMAT talaga. If I'm not mistaken 60% GWA, 30% NMAT and 10% Interview. So if you want to increase your chance talaga, focus ka sa GWA and NMAT. Also, taking your undergrad in UP increases your chance of getting admitted din since around 80% ng na-aadmit ay nag undergrad sa UP.
I think mas may edge yung laude standing, they don't care much about org work, siguro sa interview part na siya nag fafactor in

Hello po! Pag nag-GAS po ako (general academic strand) and i want to apply para maging doctor, maapektuhan po ba ng strand ko kung maacept akk sa application?
Hello Jake. I don't think so coz your strand kind of determines what you're getting into for undergrad/university but it's your undergraduate degree that will have the bigger impact on your med school application. Good luck. :)

Hello po! Thank you for watching. UP doesn’t have tuition fees, miscellaneous lang daw po.
May Bridging Program po ba sa UP MANILA MED ? balak ko po sana magtake ng course na BS NURSING , Kaso HUMSS Student po ako. Salamat po

Does that mean na you can't enter UPCM right after your graduating year? 'Cause it was stated that the application is about Oct - Feb. wherein you're not yet finished on your undergrad degree, like how
'bout the GWA/GRADES and how would you know if you have LATIN HONORS if the year hasn't ended yet? Enlighten me huhu I have no idea regarding this matter.
you can still apply be kung graduating ka :) they will request for your TOR for the past 3 an half years mo sa college and nmat result with 90% or higher. visit the upcm website for more info :)

@@kierronbrix2945 aaw.. thank you po :) goodluck saten :) kung graduating ka next year, mag focus ka sa NMAT kasi need ng 90% at least or higher ang required nila. and nararamdaman kong ok naman ang mga grades mo now sa college. i will also apply next year. sounds ambitious pero nothing is impossible naman so we can make it ! besides, we still have a lot of options aside from UPCM that offers ched and DOH scholarship :) good luck be !
@@jazzmina506, about po sa TOR, what if the term structure is trimester? I'm an incoming 3rd year college student and I'm hoping for a light from UPCM. I only have like 6 subjects left for my 3rd year, so pwede po kaya ang TOR ko?
@@theabaguinon3046 yes you may apply na :) as long as yung NMAT mo is at least 90 percentile or higher . and yung GWA mo is at least 2.5 :) good luck . visit their website beb for more details and instructions on how to apply. normally application would start from December to March :8
Hi! pwede po magask, if meron po ba prerequisites na dapat ma take nung college before applying for med school? or is it NMAT lng po? I tried looking for answers online but unfortunately wala ako nakita.
For UPCM, afaik walang required courses, as long as it is a BS/BA course
Yes you need to take undergrad before taking med proper.
Pero pwede din na didiretso kana nang med school after mo mag high school like intarmed sa UP, Leapmed sa UST pero need mo nang mataas na score sa admission test
Totoo po ba na halos lahat ng nakakapasok sa UPCM may backer? As in, they prioritize those who have failures but whose parents are UPCM alumni over laudes pero di anak ng diyos?
May katotohanan to dahil sa malakas na kultura ng bureaucracy sa UPCM mula admissions hanggang regionalization. May isa ngang estudyante dati na nakapasa sa UPCM dahil lamang ang kaniyang mga magulang ay mga doktor sa PGH. Naka 40 PR lang s’ya sa NMAT.

May tuition fee ang UPCM, pero di hamak na mas mura ito kaysa sa ibang med schools. Kung hindi ako nagkakamali, nasa ₱50k yata ang matrikula ng bawat semestre.
Mahirap po ba makapasok sa UPCM if galing sa ibang school?
Doesn’t matter which school you’re from, mahirap talaga makapasok sa UPCM. Hehehe! Pero it’s not impossible. You got this!

Hello Mike, I knew this was gonna get noticed. Hahaha. But, to be fair, I think I filmed this first coz the series was filmed July 2020 pa. I wasn’t subscribed to his channel pa before so... I didn’t really see it. To be completely honest, my thumbnail and concept was inspired by Ali Abdaals similar content and not from a Pinoy CZcamsr. Also since our niche is Medicine and there are so many Med CZcamsrs now, it’s impossible that our contents are not gonna be alike but we look beyond that because the intention naman is to help premeds. I’m happy you’ve noticed this tho, at least we know na we have similar viewers. Have a great day. 😄
