Adii.. you do a great job. can you put video on how tough the MD degree is and how is the exams and how do students study and prepare and how the exam pattern would be . and what about the final exam and internship
hey!! This was my first time seeing your videos and both of you did an amazing job!! Although I have one doubt.. it is said everywhere that premed is for 1 to 1.5 years in UV Gullas College of Medicine, as I have been researching about it for a few days now.. so is it actually 3 years?? If yes then they cant do that to international students. Would really appreciate if you could give me an up-to-date reply regarding this...
Interesting 🙂
Thank you
@@adiimimi welcome Dr

Thank you for regular enlightening videos you dish out. You are a good interviewer. Having been in Philippines for some years now, please which one of these school would you recommend to an intending fresher medical student from Nigeria : UV Gullas, CDU or Cebu Institute of Medicine? Thank you
Hi Chidi, thank you for the compliment. I honestly cannot recommend any school specifically. They are all good in their own way
i have a question for the college how is the school environment?
- do most students like speak english and are openminded etc
- are there a lot off foreign students in the college?
It was a very intresting, informative and clear interview
I really appreciate osas, the way she cleared the things to others 👏
But osas lemme tell you one thing that not all indians, Thailand's, Japanese people are as rich as you think 😅😀
Congratulations you both ❤️
Nice interview 👌
Thanks for watching. I guess the ones in her school are rich maybe 🤔 😊😊😀
@@adiimimi no no see our faces 😐
Now you understand 🤣 only some of them are rich 🤑😜
@@madhurifefar5163 alright 😊
What an interesting video. Adii hope you can also interview a student from other medical school in Cebu like Cebu Doctor University, Cebu Institute of Medicine and etc.💟
Btw the Cebu Institute of Medicine always have a 100% passing in the board exam.
Thank you 😊 Hopefully I will invite more soon. Thanks for watching
@@adiimimi now Cebu city is back to GCQ hope face to face classes will resume.
@@johannacalumba6782 Hopefully. It’s not certain yet.
wow i leave in madaue city but i dont know the school v gullas is
hi Addii, u did a great interview!
My question is in Nigeria, is it allowed for a student from unrecognized med. sch. to do a physical exam to the patients without any coordinations from a med. sch.?
I doubt if the hospital will allow that in the first place. For Osas, she went through a proper application process to be able to do those rotations at the hospital. You can’t just randomly go to any hospital. It won’t be allowed. Thanks for watching
This ladies she funny
Lol that’s Osas for you.
When does the academic year start? Jan or june every year?
January and August of every year.
Sorry but I am confused my friend did her medicine from UV and according to her she completed her BS in just 1.8 months and rest is MD. It all over took 5.5 years
Hello Nikk. What year was that. Based on the information she shared here, I think it’s contradicting. I’m really not sure also because I don’t study at UV.
@@adiimimi She completed her degree in 2018 and currently there is my other friend attending UV in MD 3rd year she said same. She also completed in BS in 1.8 months
@@nikk1921 Okay
Hi! Does your school accept to follow nmat? Thank you
Hello, not sure I get your question but Nmat is a requirement for all med schools in the Philippines.
If Pre med is 3years then will it be 7 years total with med school??
From what she said, yes. However there are schools that offer premed for foreign students for just one year.
Hi please I have a question about admission how can I get to you please.
Hello, you can send me a message on Instagram or Facebook: ADII MIMI
Btw her language is interesting 😂🤣
Abi lool
Can u tell us something about liceo de cagayan college ? Please reply
Hello, I actually don't know any student from that school but if I come across anyone, I will bring them on this channel
What happens if a power failure occurs in your place on or before your online class? Are you excuse or do you have to attend a make up class?
For my school, you are expected to make plans ahead of time. For example charge your devices and have extra device so that even if you have a power shortage, you will have enough battery power pending when you have an alternative source of light.
You are also expected to have a back up internet during exams just incase your internet gets messy. Truly, online classes have been really challenging for us all but I guess we have to find ways to adapt to the new system pending when things get back to normal. Thanks for watching.
@@adiimimi And that's from an intelligent student's point of view. You're an image of a wise student who always finds a way to get things done when faced with challenges. Average or below average students always find excuses not to be able to do things. Congrats for that and I can see you a very successful person.
@@lionhearted1969 Thank you Giorgio 😊
THIS IS A GOOD MEDICAL SCHOOL FOR FOREIGNERS UV GULLAS, WHY DONT YOU TRANSFER THERE?
I personally do not want to transfer. 😊
Florentino Javier 111.Saint Luis University Medical School in Baguio City is a very good Medical School for Foreigners too,it's way better than UV Gullas, but Adi Mimi doesn't transfer at any school at all,and let her finished studies until she graduated in the school he was currently enrolled at...
@@Azukyateb97 Huh? St Louis in Baguio is too far to be an option. Cebu has 7 medical schools, most of which are top rated in terms of passing rates in licensure exam. There's Cebu Institute of Medicine which is the top Medicine school in the country, better than UP Manila, that has consistently get 100% passing rate in every licensure exam. It also doesn't mean that schools who get less than 50% passing rate each board exam are bad school. Only because they are liberal enough in terms of student admission. Cebu Institute of Medicine always gets 100% rate maybe because they also have very stringent admission requirements, higher NMAT score requirement and high school grades are factored.
@@Azukyateb97 i agree! SLU IS THE BEST!
