    Sister Ghanaians call it Guinea Corn and Millet is Multy colour that is use for Pito or local Beer

      That’s for sharing, never heard of Guinea corn before and never knew pitou is made from millet.

    Sis sorry I might have missed that part. Please do you ferment the dough like we do for corndough before using it for the millet banku or kenkey?

      You do ferment it but not as long as corn dough. Just for one day p3, so I’m total two days. Soak overnight, then let it sit out for another day. I hope this helps. Thanks a lot for watching 🙏🏾🤗❤️

      Malleability is the ability of a dry ingredient to bond into form after a liquid is added. When an ingredient becomes malleable, it gets soft in texture and becomes easy to mould, shape, or form. For example, when our Sister added the water to the millet flour, she was able to form it into a dough because the water made it malleable.
      2) When Masons add water to the mixture of cement and sand, it becomes malleable and transforms into mortar for brick and block laying.
