@CorporatePiss These days it's kind of hard to. In 1992, the Chinese gov't realize that they can make a lot of money off foreigners who want to learn gung Fu, so they charge you to train with the monks. Consequently, you aren't treated like a monk and I'm pretty sure you don't even get to train all day, which takes a lot away from the experience. If you are willing to train with them, show them your determination and willingness to train all day, and i think they'll let you :D.

@Gungfuman77 my sifu is teaching us to strike with our core and push off with other body parts, and that muscle is just for taking impact. but does as well help us in strength

@zedmlftw1023 gung fu is a more complete practice with more fluid movements and combos. Bruce Lee made this style popular and created his own style of it incorporating kung fu muay thai jiu jitsu and other forms all into one.
