I'm very surprised you didn't notice or mention that the master tub had no faucet, did you look up at the ceiling above the tub? That's where the spigot is located to fill the tub and that control pad is how you control it.

I really love this home. I would put knick knacks above the fireplace or model cars. In the office space I would put up floor to ceiling book shelves for a useable library & maybe a couple of desks for the kids to do their homework. ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ 💕 I would give this home 5 stars. I also wouldn't mind living here as well.

How does water get in to the primary bedroom bathtub ? I couldn't see any fixtures.

the ALL the landings like the one above the t.v. in the living room That is where the cat can Play,in the garage like you said put your tools/stuff there and use that door there to go in/out,the barn door for the master bathroom isnt needed,the basement you could turn it into a in-law suite/apartment in the 2nd furnace room you could put a washer/dryer in the jack/jill bathroom instead of a regular door put an other pocket door,i like this one the rooms arent HUMONGOUS,its lovely 🥰
The switch in master bathroom by bathtub is for the water to fill tub from the ceiling if you look up.
Open the refrigerator so we can see how big it is.

I love that you are in Wichita. I am going to guess the homes you’ve toured in town are in Northwest Wichita, as that seem to be the expansion area of the city. I prefer more rural settings, but these are builders licensed in my area, so the interest is there.

The bathtub in the main bedroom didn't have a tap over it, either it's not finished or it's not functional. Loved the hidden walk in pantry and the double walk in robes for the master suite

Beautiful home and view of the canal. I don't like swivel doors. It's the perfect opportunity for a cat, small dog or toddler to get out or caught in it if the door is closed without noticing them there.
I wish the roof were flat type, so it be nice looking if u install Solar Panel. But I dislike the Sink on kitchen, its Small.

That tall Garage space is for a two car hoist or just a two post hoist

Nice floor plan, have a nice flow. I’m sure this model has lots of upgrades, not think it is shown as standard. Most models have anywhere from 40k to 125k in up grades. I like it just as it shows.
I love the house. The living room is small asf tho. Weird because the house is really nice and spacious. I also think where the refrigerator is located is off a little. They maybe could have eliminated one bedroom for more space 🤷🏾♂️.

what is it with a lot of these large houses that, as soon as you open the front door, you're in the living room? No privacy, people coming at the door can just look in. Hot and cold air just blow right out. Looks awesome, dont take me wrong, but doesn't seem practial to me
Does the front door like this serve a specific function over a traditional door? Or is it purely aesthetic?
As for the giant space above the fireplace, I’d have a street art mural paint and, depending on if the shelf is strong enough, put a vintage motorcycle or two up there!

For me, that basement area is way too big to even be a recreational room. I would convert part of it into a guest suite, with a kitchenette and fridge.
As an architect, I have to note that barn doors went out of style in California about 3 years ago.... Especially for bathrooms since they don't even come close to closing tightly.
Kudos for saying “master suite” and not owners retreat or primary room.
