Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Could you help me? I’m new to working out and need help learning, I don’t know when to workout and how to consistently do it, pls help
@@Mocha.skin_11 be consistent and don’t give up Lilly has lots of workouts for everyone that can work for you depends on ur weight and height and goal u can follow them for at least between 3-6 days a week for 1 or 2 hours but u don’t have to do it for that long it’s all on how many calories u consume ur protein and what ur main goal is and you’ll achieve it I started off with doing them only 1 hour mon- sat and seen results for my abs and glutes now I’m currently doing 1 hour mon-sun I even went from 126 lbs to 106 lbs

I can't understand why do you guys hiding it. Doing exercies is good for your health. Every parents want their kids to be healthy. I do workouts w my mom and since when i was young she and my dad always tried to make me a part into sports, pilates etc. I can't understand why do you guys hiding this.

This is my new one week challenge lets start!
Day 1: I felt no burn actually it was pretty easy
Day 2: Done
Day 3: I was exhausted for to do workouts today but i told myself only 5 minutes and did it
Day 4: Almost forgot about it after doing my daily workout and suddenly remembered while watching Gilmore Girls then did it
Day 5: Done but not sure about the results honestly 😅 I mean yes changes are real but not fast as her other workouts
Day 6: I think this is not for to see results in a short time but you can use it for warm up before a burning waist exercies.
Day 7: Done
Well, i'll be honest. This was not her best workout video. I can show you guys more than 5 tiny waist workout from her channel which are definitely better than this. I saw no changes but my last week was busy and i had no energy so i didn't go through with my casual workout routine. My energy was only enough for this workout so i don't regret to pick a easy workout for this week.

day 1: kinda hard, not a burn tho
day 2: super sore kinda fun tho
day 3: forgot do update this 😭 now doing it with one of her other waist slimming workouts
day 4: I lowkey see a slight difference? maybe i should start measuring but i feel like theres a difference

Great exercises but I confess that I can't understand the usefulness of showing the pet. The only thing I see is that it obstructs your movements. A pet also needs to learn limits.
