Hey guys the Fire Brothers here and today we are going to be looking at the original Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen movie and calling out all the movie mistakes that Michael Bay thought no one would notice, while I feel pretty mixed about ROTF the movie has debatably some of the best action in the series and its liked by plenty of movie fans. So in this video I wanted to make a video calling out some of the funnier/sillier mistakes that can be found in the movie, now I don't exactly cover all the errors in this video since there are way too many of them to condense in a 20 minute video. But if I see that this video gets enough support then I will do a part 2 video in the future covering some of the other errors I missed and will then move on to Transformers Dark Of The Moon at a later date. Rotf is always holds special place in my heart,at least it didn't ruind sideswipe one of my personal favourite autobots and bring back the forgtten autobot from the g1 comics,jolt and jetfire was honestly a wise person in rotf,and that pose at the thumbnail is actually cool and fit sideswipe a lot lol

Fun fact about Onslaught and My Enemy Brawl: They both look the same such as them having Missile launchers, them having a claw weapon, both having a Machine gun, and both having bulky bodys.
For the bandage part, apparently Shia injured his hand during a stunt and his hand was recovering during filming
Actually the allspark being able to kill him and revive him makes sense. It killed him because it overloaded his living body.
Fire: “How do you mistake deserts for oceans?!”
Micheal bay: “just ignore it. No one will notice”
Well in a transtheories video he explained that because blackout and bonecrusher were revived by the allspark aswell as megatron, it was also assumed that the little one would have been revived aswell.
Wow, I'm happy that the movie bothered to explain that and not just leave it up to speculation. If the movie didn't clarified or did a poor job at conveying that then its still an error.

I actually like Skids and Mudflap, I think they could've been salvageable characters had they been written as in-experienced young Autobots that were unfortunate enough to be created during the start of the Autobot/Decepticon War
Because of this they don't know much about Cybertron or it's language
Most casual audiences do because they were put there for them

Honestly I watch the movies knowing that there are a lot of things are wrong and still enjoy them
You know, I remember seeing a CGI model error with Devastator, as he’s going up the pyramid, after half of his face gets busted by Mudflap, as he climbs the pyramid, his face very briefly appears intact, as if he didn’t meet up with the twins in the first place. It’s a very brief glimpse, but I just thought I’d mention it.
This one was by far more interesting to withness than the first film cuz it just shows how little that they care while they made this movie but by far the biggest error in the bayverse is the cons n bots not being RID like they are just there and not doing nothing much

I think that the allspark killed Megatron in the first film because it was the whole allspark but the shard revived him because it was only a small piece of said allspark. If you put too much of the cube inside the robot, they die. It's like an overdose.
It's not an error because the allspark is able to give life and too much of it's power can kill it
I like this theory, it makes sense and its simple. But it was never explain unfortunately so its still an error
It can't be an overdose like in the tf game
Megatron absorbs all of the energy of the allspark and it did not killed him but it could have given him demi God like powers instead

Well, if you plug a device into a wall to charge it, it works fine, if you plug it directly into a power plant, it will probably stop working correctly, they used some allspark energy to revive Megatron, but the entire allspark is way to much energy for Megatron to handle
I like this explanation but it was never explained so it gets counted as an error

I just rewatched the film on Netflix and I enjoyed it again but I hate that in the forest battle battle there was a scene cut

ROTF was kinda hard for me to watch when I was a bit younger. The one error I already know is when the twins argue over the cars they are given, but the Beat is already for Skids.

As a kid all I remember was the twins, Optimus dying, him get getting a jet pack, and sideswipe
One more which most people also missed is that during the introduction scene of the Arcee sister, When Elita-1 attack Sideways her blade is in her left arm, but the rest off the movie her blade eventually at her right arm

At Error#14 Theres actually an explanation for why theres 6 instead of 5. (Thanks to Trans Theories for bringing this to my attention.) When the All Spark went into Megatron to revive him. It send a shockwave of power. This power brought back "The Little One" Back to life. How can we prove this? Well in TF 1. When the All Spark sent a shock. It didn't just bring 1 item to life. It brought multiple. The car, the Xbox, The Soda Machine and probably a lot of other things. (Edit: Bone Crusher was also brought back to life by the shock wave because we see him in the battle on Egypt!)
That's a theory that I personally think its very plausible but since the movie didn't explain it and duplicate Transformers are seen everywhere across the Bayverse it still counts as an error since an argument for it not being the case can be made.

I think another error is how do none of the "minicons" not notice Sam stabbing a very long sword through a wall to make a peephole while Egypt. Also another error is that "Megatron can bleed human blood." In the forest fight there is one scene after Optimus hits megatron with his sword that megatron spits out blood, not energon. That doesn't make any sense when all the other transformers bleed energon instead. Also in the very same fight when the decepticons arrive, Optimus is seen being knocked to the right but somehow comes back on the left side. The blood error also repeats when Optimus kills Grindor as instead of energon leaking, it is blood.
That is processed energon, transtheories explained that phenomenon in a video
I don’t think the twin’s license plates are an error, i bet both re-shifted matter so the plates could say what they thought was good for them.
Remember these robots can manipulate matter at their will
The only error I like was the potential fight between bumblebee vs starscream would have foreshadow the event we'd see 9 years after ROTF. I have been working on a barricade vs bumblebee video with blitzwing soundtrack mixing some scores so far I only got the soundtrack half complete
You missed one where in bumblebee’s vehicle mode the Chevy logo is black with red bands, but when in his robot mode, it magically turned gold with silver bands

And the reason same didn’t use his shard on optimus is cause he didn’t know that it could revive him he wasn’t there in the ocean to see it work on megatron
Error # 39 there is an explanation for this error because Michael Bay said that he wanted the battle between optimus and the fallen to be longer but due to time they had to cut it shorter.
That and the 2008 Writer's Strike

Hey Fire brother you missed the part about the skid and mudflap before they turning robots you could slightly see camera car in the background.
I hope Ironhide always had both canons at the end of the movie

Here’s one I noticed a while ago:in the forest fight, when Sam is running from megatron, you see him in front of the knocked over tree. But once the scene moves out when Optimus punches Megatron’s leg, Sam is behind the knocked over tree and jumps back over it.

At 2:08:34 remaining and at 2:06:41 remaining Optimus has 3 eyes when he meets galloway
Also at first when starscream’s arm is ripped off, he is missing his shoulder. But when Megatron uses starscream’s arm to hit him, starscream’s shoulder is attached to his torso.

the reason i feel that there is 6 contacts is because 5 went down one got destroyed. So there is 4 left. Then megatron and blackout (grindor) get revived so 6 would go up. Thats just what i think but i heard that the bonecrusher we saw wasnt actually the bonecrusher from the first film.

When meg was revived, the theory for that is the added blip was blackout/grindor
There could still be enough of a signal from “the little one” to count, one of the signals looked weak.
It's weird that Paramount Plus only has the first film which is the best movie

Bro, I think when Megatron got revived, Blackout was the 6th signal coming back up. We know he was near Megatron. Maybe some parts from the "Little one" Decepticon converted into his missing parts as the AllSpark shard did its trick. After all we see him in the movie as Grindor but he was never actually called with that name, only his toys had that name. Remember, Brawl in tf1 is named Devastator in the movie, but his toy is Brawl.
Plus in the movie, "Grindor" has rust all over him. Like he just spent 2 years underwater.
the reason why they oicked up more than 5 signals is because bonecrusher blackout and brawl were probably revived when the allspark made a shockwave on the surface reviving the 3 in the process

For the reason why civilians are barely in the Egypt battle, my head canon is that the Decepticons killed them or NEST evacuated the area before the battle began. There were people in the town when the soldiers arrived but none during the battle

In the scene where the autobots are driving to Sam's college ratchet isn't with them either. So both the arcee sisters and ratchet are missing in that scene.
Ratchet is so forgetable in ROTF, its almost as if he is not there. Shame they wasted so many awesome characters

Now for Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen, this movie is heavily flawed. Trust me back in 2009 when seeing this movie in the cinema, I can notice this movie has alot of flaws. Reused shots, confusing CGI models and all that. But after seeing this video, this movie has more flaws that I never noticed. But the reason why I forgived this movie for all of the flaws in this movie is because this movie came out during the writers strikes. So yeah I can forgive the flaws of this movie. But that doesnt mean this movie is good. This movie is bad but I can still watched this movie for entertainment. Revenge Of The Fallen is the my biggest guilty pleasure movie of all time. This movie is so bad that it's actually entertaining to watch. To be honest, between Revenge Of The Fallen and The Last Knight on which I don't mind watching again, I don't mind rewatching Revenge Of The Fallen again because there some entertaining and awesome scenes that made me happy especially the epic Forest Battle scene. The Forest Battle scene is the absoulte best action scenes I have ever seen in all 6 Live Action Transformers movies. That scene alone is just pure awesomeness. It's just 3 or 5 minutes Transformers action and that is great. Overall Revenge Of The Fallen is a heavily flawed movie but I can still enjoyed watching it for entertainment. I rather watched this movie over the boredom of The Last Knight. The Last Knight for me is such snooze fest for me because it was so boring. At least Revenge Of The Fallen has some fun and entertaining scenes that I can find some enjoyment out of it.

Fire I know this is a year late but you can kill a tank with a machine gun but only if the armor is weaken or it is a very old tank that could not withstand 50 caliber round

I know CGI is expensive, but still, they wasted too much money on unnecessary scenes and explosions instead of giving more screen time to the cybertronian characters. For example Michael Bay wanted to make the "Optimus vs the Fallen and Megatron" fight much longer, but they ran out of time and money. I hope there will be no more screen time problems in the fanmade TF5 sequel.
And since it will be a fanmade film, maybe the fans will bring Sideswipe back. I think it wouldn't be that hard to explain what happened to him after TF3.

When the AllSpark was used to kill Megatron they used it at full power, overcharging his spark. In tf2 it was used to power it up to restart his spark. Even medicine on Earth, if used in greater quantities can become a poison.
One error is of course, Frenzy's head. In 2007 film his head got blown off but somehow in RoTF the head is inone piece

In the forest fight during the scene when Optimus prime gets angry and starts beating up everyone. There is one shot with Grindor in the background and Grindor doesn't have a head on him for a second.
The fan in Sam's dorm is sideways keeping an eye on Sam for unicron, because he has the Allspark's power absorbed into him, and sideways can see the future and moves out of the way. sideways forever!!!

Whenever I see the sand in Egypt. I don’t see any glass. There are explosions, meteor crashes, Laser blasts. And others hit the sand but I don’t see any glass.
I like how it should’ve ended fixed one if these proplem because Sam could’ve gotten a ride from any of the auto bots ANY of them

The number of total and killed Constructicons throughout this movie are a CONSTANT inconsistency.
Which should be an oxymoron but unfortunately being consistently inconsistent is the reality of the Bay movies

You forgot an error of mixmaster and long haul fighting the autobots including Jetfire.But then in the next scene you see Long haul and mixmaster already combined as Devastator before the constructicon get destroyed .

One think I think about in ROTF. Since Scrapmetal is yellow, and Megatron is silver? Why Megatron isn’t yellow when revived?

Most likely the allspark had so much energy it killed megs but the shard revived him the allspark can create life but it can also destroy so when megs absorbed it the power destroyed him but because of its power as it overloaded but the shard of the allspark can bring life to objects so it revived him but if they used the entire allspark megs probably can not handle it so it wouldn’t revive him and just make and amalgamation
The weird ship name is not actually that unrealistic, The US had a ship called the USS Kitty Hawk.
