Recognized Bo from the thumbnail. That photo of him in HS was all over when I was in college. Ppl amazed at how Bama just kept insane RBs coming through their pipeline. That Ingram, Richardson, Lacy, Henry, and then Scarbough run was the greatest decade of RBs for a school ever. W/ Dame and Najee recently. Throw in Yeldon, Jacobs, and Drake who would’ve completely dominated at any other school too.
Idk about ever? Syracuse had a run with Jim Brown, Ernie Nevers, and others. Usc had Simpson, Dorsett, Bell, Allen, etc. Great run regardless. Maybe, maybe not...ever
I remember watching him play at Alabama and wondered what happened to him. I wasn't aware of all of the injuries to this point in his career, and it seems it's easy to reinjure an old injury. I wish him the best of luck in the future.
I remember Bo Scarborough when he played at Bama. I thought before the injuries, he was a beast. Maybe he could go to the CFL and impress some NFL scouts and actually do well enough on a team to make some money.
That kid was NOT on steroids. You encounter FREAKS like this in the South. Think years back….Herschel Walker (Georgia), Bo Jackson (Alabama) & Marcus Dupree (Mississippi) were of similar stature in high school. ^^^States where they played high school^^^
I’m sorry to hear this sad story regarding Bo Scarborough. He is a talented young man. He needs help with his conditioning in my opinion. I’m praying that some one will who cares about him will assist him. Love you Bo.🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈❤️
Beasted out at Bama, Dude was with the Seahawks Jags And Lions bounced around some practice squad was not good enough to make a roster roster spot in 2022. I think god will Bless him and he’ll get a prove it last chance deal
I'll be on the lookout for you, Bo. (You can bet he'll know sbout this video very soo.) And all of us in Bama nation are pulling for you. You're a good guy--never forget that.
I had a friend just like Bo. High school 6’2 225 pure muscle. I saw his brother about 10yrs later. I asked what happened to your brother? He said he’s in prison for selling drugs.
I noticed in his last year at Alabama he seemed to be gun shy about carrying the ball for some reason; a great year before and then nothing. Thought at the time he was avoiding injuries before the draft. Or maybe past injuries and the possibility of injuries started affecting him mentally at that time.
I remember that Clemson game like it was yesterday.. He was running downhill and taking no prisoners in that first half. He's got the right perspective. Trust in the Lord. I hope he can stay healthy and get another crack at the NFL. I'm in Philly and a lot of us are pulling for Jalen and we have a few other Crimson Tide folks on our team. I would love for Bo to get a legitimate shot!
NFL teams sign players all the time and release them or move them to the practice squad days later. This isn't anything out of the ordinary, he may just have not been better than the other running backs on the depth chart. Teams only have 53 roster spots and if they need to fill holes elsewhere due to injuries or other reasons why keep RB 4/5/6 on the team?
Such a shame because he’s such a very talented athlete. Major injuries definitely contribute to it. It’s not like he was sitting out n missing games with turf toe. Like u said he seems to not have any off field problems & has good head on his shoulders. I’m sure that’s why many teams have given him opportunities. I guess if it’s meant to be then it’s meant to be. I’m sure in the end he will be very successful no matter what happens. Wish Bo the best of luck.
BO Could be a FB in the league right now power backs always needed in the NFL look what the Bus did after his Prime as Starting RB so underrated. He was a Dawg FB get them though yards and was a monster on Goal line.
Already knew it was Bo Scarborough when I saw Alabama Running Back. I remember the first time I saw him back in the day I couldn’t believe he was still in high school. He and Leonard Fournette looked crazy for their age. Dude’s looked NFL ready before 11th grade.
He was pretty much the exact same size as 👑Henry Roll Tide if Bo Scarborough never got injured in the '16 National Championship Game we would've won he was even with my Cowboys
As a UGA fan I’ve always given Bama their credit with recruiting and coaching but Bo was a beast I remember watching him play he was a monster I thought he’d have a good NFL career
Cowboy fan since 1970, I was excited when we got him in 7th round, should have kept him and let Zeke sit when he held out - didn't Bo have a few really good carries in one pre-season game for Cowboys? Anyway, great video I hope Bo gets another chance.
Funny thing is, if ya showed anyone Jalens 7 of 14 for 57 yds and no TDs, they actually wouldn’t automatically assume Bama lost. They’d likely ask if Bama blew em out so bad that they just ran the ball the entire game and let their defense fire off on em.
I am super baffled and intrigued how Bama constantly churns out and recruits these insane running back cores... I mean it's crazy how more often than not they have 2-3 crazy RBs on the same squad rotating carries
Bo played in the NFL for a couple of years. He did well when he actually played, but injuries kept him off the field. However, he did play for the Birmingham Stallions of the USFL this season, and won the championship. He has enough tread left on the tires to get another shot at the NFL if a spot opens up and he wants to do it. He also does roundtable videos with other former Bama players all the time on The Bama Standard channel on CZcams. He’s a funny guy and seems to be doing pretty well.
If I remember correctly, he was beginning to somewhat emerge the year Clemson scored two touchdowns on illegal pick plays in the NCG. With our margin for error reduced against those dudes on that Clemson team his injury in the game more than likely diminished our chances of winning in spite of the ridiculous officiating in the game to the benefit of Clemson. All of these things are part of the game as are choices that affect one’s future. Hope Bo is OK and prospering in his life
It's something about IMG Academy's recruits defecting because Bo Scarborough, Savion Smith, Dylan Moses and more go silent after moving to the NFL. I wonder did they prepare these kids right? They're all 4 or 5 star recruits
I think that pic of him as a temp greater shocked a lot of people and we're amazed he was in the 10th grade but we all know that getting older is not your friend in the NFL in running back especially more than any other position I forgot where I saw it but most drafted running backs don't ever see a second contract either way I wish him all the luck. But if anybody could make good use of Bo Scarborough it would be Bill Belichick and the Patriots as they have a propensity to draft Alabama running backs this within the last few years they took Sony Michel and Damien Harris as Alabama is pretty much like a Patriots farm league because Nick Saban is cut from the Belichick tree.
That could have played a roll. But also being that big and tall as a running back is rare for a reason. Lot of body to hit, can’t get as low, a lot of ppl therefore get to ur legs. And ur so strong that u don’t go down and u have ppl hanging off of you while taking hits. I had a relatively injury free career as a d1 linebacker besides on shoulder injury and some bumps and bruises but I had to play running back full time my senior year of hs and carry the load due to injury and I sprained my mcl, tore a ligament in my foot, dislocated a shoulder, and sprained an ankle all in one season. Still put up numbers and only missed like 3.5 games but it was a gruesome painful season.
He definitely not jobless anymore he been a leading running back in the USFL which is fusing with the xfl like the nfl did years ago. He looks good 🔥🔥🙌 #bamafan
Just an observation, but the dude had two, big, highly visible tattoos on his left arm in his "Tenth grade" pic. But, in his Clemson pic, I don't see any?
It's a shame cause talent wise, also from a physical standpoint, he had the tools too be as good as any RB we ever had at Bama.. Wasn't he limited due too a knee injury & never recovered from it or am I mistaken????..
Bo's trajectory changed after breaking his leg against Clemson. He was killing them, once he went out the game changed. Don't know if the injury changed the type of player he was or if maybe some things like work habits, or character were revealed after getting a shot at the pros but he definitely was a beast.
Man, if a major university gets to make loads of cash from my bruises, sweat, and athletic abilities, I'm going to get a decent degree. If I come from a bad school system I'm going to make sure I'm tutored or whatever I need to do. Football rbs don't usually last so you need to stack your chances.
This guy spent four years in college. And did not figure out that the average NFL career is 3.3 years. And did nothing to prepare for life after the NFL.
Yeah only thing hurting Bo was injuries. When he got hurt with Detroit I was watching that game. Wow. Big 350lb lineman falls in him causing him to do the splits. Tore his Achilles.
Recognized Bo from the thumbnail. That photo of him in HS was all over when I was in college. Ppl amazed at how Bama just kept insane RBs coming through their pipeline. Good run of backs...but not better than Miami's run of running backs: Edgerrin James, Clinton Portis, Willis McGahee, and Frank Gore
Yea it’s unreal the running backs they produced
Idk about ever? Syracuse had a run with Jim Brown, Ernie Nevers, and others. Usc had Simpson, Dorsett, Bell, Allen, etc.
Great run regardless. Maybe, maybe not...ever
@@danielrowe198 it’s definitely better
@@itz-luigi1210 definitely best from 05 to now lol

I remember Bo Scarborough when he played at Bama. I thought before the injuries, he was a beast. Maybe he could go to the CFL and impress some NFL scouts and actually do well enough on a team to make some money.
The biggest cause of his type of injuries is having muscles to big and strong for the rest of his body, pretty common with people who take steroids
That kid was NOT on steroids. You encounter FREAKS like this in the South.
Think years back….Herschel Walker (Georgia), Bo Jackson (Alabama) & Marcus Dupree (Mississippi) were of similar stature in high school.

I was excited when the Cowboys drafted him and shocked when they released him. I had totally forgotten about him? I hope he gets things going somehow!
He played this year for the USFL Champions Birmingham Stallions. Hardly jobless.
Beasted out at Bama, Dude was with the Seahawks Jags And Lions bounced around some practice squad was not good enough to make a roster roster spot in 2022. I think god will Bless him and he’ll get a prove it last chance deal
He was really one of my FAVORITE running back. He was really a monster on the field.
Supply and demand. There's no shortage of big, strong, running backs in the NFL. Good luck Bo.
He is not jobless now. I'm watching him play for USFL and playing a hell of a game for Bham . Keep it up Bo . He will be in the NFL soon.
Been here since 25k love to see the growth 🔥🔥💯
I'll be on the lookout for you, Bo. (You can bet he'll know sbout this video very soo.) And all of us in Bama nation are pulling for you. You're a good guy--never forget that.

I went to high school with a guy like that too. He signed with LSU, he’s dead now, Was shot dead in a bar over drug deals

Wth did you say at the end? Sounded like a demon possession. 🤣🤣💪🏾💀
He was pretty much the exact same size as 👑Henry Roll Tide if Bo Scarborough never got injured in the '16 National Championship Game we would've won he was even with my Cowboys
Success is very fragile. That's one reason why failure is so common.
As a UGA fan I’ve always given Bama their credit with recruiting and coaching but Bo was a beast I remember watching him play he was a monster I thought he’d have a good NFL career

His bicep and triceps alone weighed an estimated 50 lbs. 50 lbs of bicep and tricep.
Hey buddy, great video!

He's playing in the usfl now doing pretty good won a championship for Birmingham in 2022
Bro, you have gotten so much better since you did away with the Crimson Slant.

I hope he gets another shot becomes a Super Bowl MVP and have a movie deal based on his life. He’s a good kid and deserves good karma.
I like the way you think! Lol I hope the exact same thing
It's sad that they worried if he jobless why don't yall help him instead of embarrassing him publicly
Just watched him play 2 seasons in the USFL.
He can get a start in the new USFL!🏈🏈🏈
He’s baaaack! Welcome to the Stallions, Bo!
Against the Cardinals, Bo was getting it going, then he got hurt (bad groin pull?).
11/20/2020 vs Cardinals 6 carries for 31 yards, 5.2
Some of these kids are held back in school to develop physically, by the time they get to college most everyone else has caught up.
I remember the kid.. he went to high-school with two of my nieces hung out at my sister house sometimes
The scariest AL RB was Trent the stint Richardson, dude was a beast . You should do him next
I really hope he gets another opportunity.
His arms looked bigger in HS than at Alabama or Pros. Would have liked to see him make it in NFL.
He's playing in the USFL and he's thriving
As a LSU fan i thought he was finna be legendary in the NFL
Great vid
Damn I was wondering what happened. Dude was a monster at Bama.

He signed with the los Vegas raiders he has a job.
Hi Chad, thanks for the update
If someone picked him up and stayed healthy he'd be a hidden gem
He played this past year for Birmingham Stallions who won their leagues championship not nfl but he is working
12 There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” (Acts of the Apostles 4:12 NLT)
I remember him he reminds me of steven Jackson
He was playing in the USFL last in Birmingham
It's something about IMG Academy's recruits defecting because Bo Scarborough, Savion Smith, Dylan Moses and more go silent after moving to the NFL. I wonder did they prepare these kids right? They're all 4 or 5 star recruits
You say bad luck I say it's a story of redemption. After all those injuries and he keeps coming back? I'll forever root for this guy.
Hey what's up you should make a video on how Texas tech has remained consistent the last few years
You should make a video on Tj yeldon next
He should join one of those new leagues
Dude where do you get your information from he signed with the los Vegas raiders he definitely has a job.
Just gonna revisit this because I commented the USFL needs to get this guy on board and he's now with the Bham Stallions
The los Vegas raiders waived him then picked him back up he is back with the los Vegas raiders as we speak.
He is not jobless.
He’s a free agent.

I think his muscle mass exceeded the capacity of his ligaments to carry the load imposed on them by the muscle.

I feel that tackle was dirty also.
I really though that he would have been a beast with Dsllas and i think they gave up to soon on him
Played him in the champions challenge I think 2013 or 14

How do you know he doesn't have a job? That's the whole reason I clicked.
At least he has a solid Crimson Tide education to fall back on.
This guy spent four years in college. And did not figure out that the average NFL career is 3.3 years. And did nothing to prepare for life after the NFL.
Now he plays in the UFL
Yeah only thing hurting Bo was injuries. When he got hurt with Detroit I was watching that game. Wow. Big 350lb lineman falls in him causing him to do the splits. Tore his Achilles.
He was damn near DERRICK HENRY 2.0!
League leader in rushing and td in USFL for League champions.
Let's get it 💪 BAMA AND PRAY 🙏 ROLLTIDE
We all know what happened...we just can't say it for fear of being canceled

What's scary about the dude though. Is he too dark....what? Smiles!
I think he plays for the USFL currently
The local car wash is hiring!!!
Should of played defense. He could cover at linebacker.
Bo will have to go to Canada if he wants to play - always new players coming out with more upside.
