I milled a few 80% with mine, and the rear takedown pocket is .521 wide.
    The pocket should be .500 + .004/-.000.
I'm .017 out of tolerance on the worst recivier.
The rear of the recivier is located by the buffer tube thread, and the nut for the jig has lot's of play.
They should have incorporated a way to check the centerline of the 80%, with the centerline of the jig.
    I wasted $750... not happy.

I just bought this is a jig picking it up on Monday at my post office. I bought the universal jig from tactical juggernaut or whatever and I did not like it. This looks like it’s gonna work out better than the other drill press jig can’t wait to pick it up on Monday and start working on my lower

Did you have to buy their 80 % arms endmill kit?

Man you might want to label your video or I guess give it a title other than the date know what it’s about I just tapped on it for shits and giggles and saw that it was for the GEN 3 jig. My opinion is Gen 2 jig bullet proof. Gen 3 jig flimsy crap

Well, somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed or has a case of the Mondays. What’s your problem?

Gen 2 and gen 3 uses exact same thicknesses on all the Parts used just different milling parts to use the router so what flimsy Parts are you referring to? Just curious 🤔
