We should thank our lucky stars for great singers and song writers of every decade... the SOUL of the 70's and 80's are hard to surpass.

I actually forgot he was a part of the project and had a part until I came across the video today. unfortunately Patti Austin was not a part of that project.t

Wow that was superb! Such extraordinary music,with the orchestra in the background. These were the days when music was amazing. Now a days, it seems, so much of the music is garbage. This music was so uplifting and today's' music is so depressing- over sexual, violent and mean. The world has become too populated and diverse and people are overwhelmed and stressed. We have lost the beautiful music of life.

Wow! What a gem of a find here! I watched this in 1991, when it was first recorded. It was an incredible performance.
After this song, James walked off to side stage, and Patti did "Razzamatazz." Then, she did "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes." Patti walks off to side stage. Then, James steps up does his thing with "Find One Hundred Ways," and "I Don't Have the Heart," his last big hit. Patti then returns to the stage, and they conclude with "How Do You Keep the Music Playing?" That's when the audience went berserk! Awesome performance; loved it!
