to be a friend safari shiny. I think initially it frightened me because it was a grass type move used on a ground/water type

I don’t know how you can fail a Let’s Go shiny in the overworld. You hear the sparkles from far away, trust me. I was in Vermilion City, and there was a shiny Vulpix one the route above. And I could HEAR the sparkles. From the outside of the Pokémon Center. So yeah, the sparkles are LOUD.

Maybe they don't have their volume up but I feel most of them have to do with being very distracted. I've seen many shiny fail videos from a few channels and that's mostly what happens. Second being self damaging moves or the weather.
I knew what was gonna happen in that Granbull clip. That happened to me. So when it appeared again out of nowhere, I put it in a Master Ball.

Yeah not a shiny fail, but a fail none the less, so we decided to add that in there too. Thats why we called it "The Failed Collection" the title "Top SHINY Fails" just gets us on the CZcams search criteria for people to be able to see the vids.

@@shinyhunterclara6287 Sword/Shield doesn't have soft resets, but yeah just regular reset at that point.

He didn’t even fail the geodude tho, he just encountered it...And reversal just fell out of his chair, there wasn’t even a shiny
This video is about fails, not specifically shiny fails. It was a fail cuz he was trying to lay back without falling but he did fall anyway. Though I am confused too on how the Geodude was a fail.

While you don't care about shinies, people collect them because they like collecting rare things, especially ones that look cool (at least some shiny pokemon) the feeling of encountering one would bring joy to people like these because of their intense patience with that
