A handy little short cut if you ever use level-sync in exemplar parties...bring up the list of party members and hit the + button and it will show you everyone's master level, so you can see who it's best to sync to.
oh hey I didn't know this! previously I've unsynced just to check. Or I think you could also tell my SJ level while synced? but this is way better
@@CallMekwech Don't think you can check sub-job level while synced, and even if you unsync, sub-job level is only a rough guide to someone's master level anyway, so I thought this was a cool discovery!

I didn't know about tip #3 sorting between boxes, going to be helpful.
The others I knew about.
As for the sorting of the home points, I prefer by region I have them memorized.

The "page up"/"page down" on keyboard used to be both Alt+left/right arrow and Ctrl+left/right arrow (like left/right bumper on controller) until they added the 'Switch' menu option - now it's only Ctrl, as Alt allows you to cycle between which inventory is shown (I'm not sure if there's an equivalent for that second option on controller)
I didn't find an alternative on controller, but yeah there very well could be one (the logical thing would be bumpers, but that didn't work)
