- Our cameras followed the former Hale End product as he took his first steps into coaching our academy side, and tracked their FA Youth Cup campaign, as they embarked on a dramatic run right from their opening match through to the final in front of a large crowd at Emirates Stadium.
In Back Home, our supporters can go right into the heart of the setup and hear Jack’s team talks before, during and after games, as well as hear from the man himself about how he fared and the highs and lows of the job, and some of the youngsters developing under the former England international.
Part one was released earlier this week, and now you can see the conclusion which takes in our dramatic matches against Cambridge United and Manchester City that set up a final meeting against West Ham United. Watch on as Cesc Fabregas, Mikel Arteta and Martin Odegaard share their wisdom with our young Gunners ahead of the cup final, alongside all the pre-match build-up and Jack and Per Mertesacker's emotional words after the final whistle.

You can see why Jack was a special player at such a young age. He works extremely hard. It's sad he's career ended early as a player, but I hope he will achieve his dream as a top manager.
Too injury prone. Such a shame but I'm so glad he still has that fire in him
@yangzixiang6605 the first major injury he had at 19 should have cut his career short then, the doctor was amazed when he saw him 6 years later that he was still playing.

He got at the end of nasty tackles multiple times and that weakened his body.

It’s tough to build an empire when you barely beat “Cambridge” the formation in that game was not good, they played way to individualistic. Not very well coached that game. Too many kids trying to dribble around the defenders and not moving the ball. They are just a very average team. The big club is another story, well coached and a good team. They won’t be a dynasty though

Seeing Per Mertesacker out there playing with the boys just gives me goosebumps, idk why. It's just awesome to see important former players working to develop the club like Per, Jack, Mikel, and Edu
I was surprised to see Cesc Fabregas come in and ginger the team during training
I will love to see Santi Cazola in that mix of former players developng the club.

Beautiful to see Wilshere's passion and love for the game. After having a career devestated by injuries it's nice to see him rediscover his love for football again.

Balo destroyed the youth teams with goals and improving well but not been given chance to play now. A lot of these players would be release and millions would be spent to buy players develop by other team. Too bad. Arsenal has never stop producing young players. We just have issue introducing them properly into the first time. The success % is too low. Saka awesome. Smith-Row would soon be let go at this rate.

I just love Arsenal man. The way Jack & Per are with the kids, how humble the kids are and a real family feel throughout this whole club, from -18’s to women’s team and the men’s team. Just great values instilled in this great club

Skelly is so smooth with that left I'm jealous as a left footer myself. Just interesting to see how Dewberry and Skelly both left footed but both dangerous in their own personal style of play. Even though I'm 43 I grew up admiring Wilshere. It's a shame he got injured so much. Could have been even better and maybe. I'd say he was the English Maradona.
