Brilliant series, watched it twice, I’m going to have a go at building one myself thanks!
Thank you for this meticulous masterclass on the Stitch & Glue technique, your videos help to instil confidence in amateur boat builders.
Your tutorial cuts through language barriers and enables viewers to see detail, technique, application and method, all in meticulous detail.
In your little garage/boatyard, beautiful craft emerge, each crafted with care and attention to detail.
Thank you for producing such excellent videos.
I am honored and humble! Thanks 🤗
True that!
This is quite a pro job. Well assembled and sturdy boat. Congratulations.
I love the twin-toilets idea at the back of the boat 10:52. Great video and thanks for sharing. Your hands are made of gold.
Hehe, thanks! They are not toilets 😜
Nice and fine job ! A big blue thumb for you !!!
Can't wait to see this jewel on the water, go on !
Wow brother! This project looks to have taken you about 3 years this far. Such a beautiful creation. I appreciate your attention to every detail and the perfection you seek. Just awesome!
Thanks 😉. I whish i spend more time in the garage... but there is no hurry

Xin chào bạn..chúc bạn thành công với những tác phẩm tiếp theo của mình🌾🙏👍🇻🇳
I’am really impressed. good job, captain!
You've got to be very happy with the whole experience! I applaud you most sincerely!!!
Thanks. Appreciate that 🤗
Very nice, Captain. Great job with the patterns - I hadn't seen some of these techniques before. I also hadn't seen two layers of bottom fiberglass at once! Keep plugging. My Navigator took 3 years, but It's not as pretty as your build (and I'm totally fine with that). Let me assure you, the first minute in your boat will make it all worthwhile.
Thanks for the message and glad you learned something new 😉
Love watching your vids. Was wanting to build, but soon realised it was going to cost more to buy the tools than build the boat, so now I just watch.
Agree. Building is for the fun. If you want to sail you buy one
I like this country music theme music you have used as the background music to this video. Sounds really nice.
I'm building a sailboat 11 foot to cruise the ocean. This was one of the best video the show everything completely so fast
Thanks and good luck with your build. I would be interested to learn more about your boat. 11 foot is not very big...
@@wulkie you got Instagram? 2024 make 40 years since Serge Testa got Guinness book world record. I ll breaking it
Wow! This has to be one of the best series of videos I have seen on YT. Let alone on the topic of stitch and glue boat building. I am looking to do a very basic plywood boat (triloboat) but these videos are not only incredibly informative and succinct, but expertly produced. I applaud you on so many levels. Bravo!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great quick & dirty build!
5:50 nice helping tool to saw. I must do it myself too. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing your great job!!
That was the 17 minute compilation of what we've been watching for the last 2 years? Good job! On the video AND the boat!!
Yes. I had to change the welcoming video on the homepage
@@wulkie it's not finished. The completion of this vid should have been the boat floating on the water.
Yes. Stay tuned for that. I hope you are not in a hurry 😜
That was great to watch thanks for sharing
Great work. I hadn't realized you laid on two layers of fiberglass - that is going to be one tough hull!
Thanks 👍
Wao bellisimo, además no sabía que se podían poner dos capas de fibra de vidrio de una sola pasada... Muy bueno eso... Me ahorrará tiempo en mi proyecto... Gracias por su tiempo y por compartir.
Work of Art,,awesome

That was a well spent 17:36 of my life.
You can tell youve done this before.
Proper scarfing, transcribing lines, squeeging the epoxy and steam bending.
Very nice job all round.
Thank you! This is very pleasing 😃
Non ci posso credere!!😍😍😍
Very nice boat and video. Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯
Well done!
Great vlog, even greater boat build. I have only built one boat in my life, but I admire anyone that takes on the task. You really put together a great little sailboat. Great idea for your steam box! You have a great pup and great way with the pigeon(squab). Shoot, I thought I’d get to see her finished and a maiden voyage. I’ll sub and look for more vlogs!
Awesome! Thanks

thanks you so much for your video (from indonesia).
Great video, not easy to do. Looks like you’re building a Highlander. I’ve built one about ten years ago and she still sails like a dream.
Great to hear that! It is a sister of the Highlander, it' called Kingfisher 14

¡disfrutar!
very good
I wish I could give you 5 likes!
Great job
Good one! Thanks
Sukses brother, i m channel YAR KALTIM from borneo, Indonesia
nice to meet you Sukses! I visited Borneo early this year. Loved it!! :)
Can I ask you why you did the double lay up? I understand strength/wear factor on the underside but usually a 6 inch wide strip along the keel line would suffice. I'm thinking added weight and cost for not alot of benefit
The plywood is pretty flexible si adding an extra layer oposite to the first in terms of fibre direction makes the hull more steardy. I learned this from another project
Good , your great video
Super !
👌👌
It looks great! How many hours do you think it took to finish?
I sterted 4 year ago but ony work a few hours a month. It is very labor intensive!. If you like to sail more than you like to build i suggest buying. This is not my first so i knew what to expect. For sure one more year for me to finish. If you really work hard and have the time tou can finish in 1 year
Yes.
