I have a 40s era cedar Lane trunk chest with a shelf on the inside. The inside is perfect. I inherited from my grandmother. She had painted it with thick creme paint. I live in an apt. But i want to get it to the original wood. Any suggestions on how i can do this either inside or on my deck?
Hello, thank you for watching the video we appreciate it. Wood is NOT my area however, besides sandpaper going from course to fine paper. I looked into this product Citristrip QCSG801 it is orange-based to strip away old paint. I think this COULD be a good fit for you in your situation, being in an apartment. The dust from the sandpaper could overwhelm your apartment quickly. I hope this helps, please if you haven't already subscribe and share it really helps us to keep doing the videos.
