- In this video we show you how to install a Voodoo Lab 4x4 power supply to the underside of our pedalboard tops using an AC Inlet power connection, a right angle IEC power cable, and a power supply mounting kit. All the necessary parts are listed below with links to our site.

If I want to use an AC inlet instead of the IEC, but still want to wire the rocker switch the same as in your other video, will that work?
hey I'm wondering, is it possible to do this with a Donner DP-1 power supply? it has a DC input with and AC adapter. Or what could i use to make it work. Thanks.
What might be the reason why you specify mounting the power supply centered within the board? I had been thinking of mounting my Voodoo ISO-5 top left by the AC inlet (around 4" from the inlet), rocker switch (direct left of inlet) and bayonet lamp (#47 - about two and a half inches from ISO-5). Do you think I'll have any issues with this?
Joshua Wilson you shouldn't have any issue. It's just my preference
Two of my Musitronics pedals won't operate from a DC power supply. If I add a AC power inlet to the DC power supply, will that enable the DC power supply to operate my pedals?

Hey Dale, we no longer operate a DIY parts store. We chose a few years ago to just focus on our own products and we no longer stock this part. It's made by Marinco. You should be able to find it on Amazon for about $10-15.

Just out of curiosity, could you wire 2 VL 4x4's off of a single outlet?
Yes. Typically when we do that, the easiest way is to use the courtesy outlet on one power supply to power the other power supply with a 1ft IEC cable. However, 4x4s don't have the courtesy outlet, so you can either get a splitter cable, or wire in a power strip and use 2 1ft IEC cables
