From 4 years ago, I didn’t know you worked for them or were part of that company. You have came a long way Sir, I truly wanted to get second soul but my wife has had health issues for a while and my passion for this has been put on hold. Hopefully I will come across a partial or decant or something someday. But I am really hoping you continue to collaborate with Mr. Z anyway just wanted to tell you that about the Zino.
Oligarg by ROJA it’s so hard to get hold of at neiman Marcus in my local area The customers that buys this ROJA line are mostly from Dubai. They would buy the whole entire collections. 😅
I blind bought labyrinth of spices after seeing one of your many reviews and at first I could not understand why you were crazy about it and then it settled and magic started happening in the air 😂...I think the magic is in the dry down!❤
Beach Hut is one of the more masculine, unique, fresh fragrances you will ever get your hands on and that's why its an easy pull for me. What's also cool about Beach Hut is not just that it smells good, it also smells sweaty (in my opinion). If you have ever tried Abercrombie and Fitch's Fierce, there is a quality in it that smell like man sweat. It's that sweat right before you start to stink lol. I think it is an aphrodisiac for the feminine nose. Imagine a classy man that dressed up and sprayed a nice fragrance on a hot day at Venice Beach and then he gets challenged to a game of basketball. Of course he obliges. That is the best way I can describe it. Great stuff!
I get so many compliments from BHM. And I would wear that everyday if I had a limited fragrance collection. Between that and Xerjoff Torino 21….i just love citrus mint frags for summer.
lol. Man sweat? You tried Nasomatto Sadonaso? Smells like taint sweat. Not joking. It doesn’t put you off at all and I get so many compliments from it. Musky and sexy and this undertone of ripping your fingers between your leg and your berries and sniffing it. I don’t know any way of describing it other than that. For you men that is. And yes. I know ladies. That sounds gross. But be real about hygiene and know your own smells intimately. Yeah. I said the quiet part out loud.

@@wannabegolfin24-72 no I have not. I get intimated every time I walk in an LV store so I just stay away. I think that started during Covid where they put up a line of ropes to only let so many people in at a time. I went in once and all the clerks were judgy and snooty and knew absolutely nothing about the perfumes. I don’t need that in my life.

Facts it’s something special about it that hard to describe as of the feeling you get when wearing it. Lol love this frag. It’s definitely my top 3.
If you love 40 Knots, you guys should also try Blue Notes by Mancera. It has the same sweet aquatics with a very nice woody leather accord. Not better than Xerjoff, but man, is it underappreciated.

I literally just got a sample of 40 Knots last week and I love it so far. Going to give it a few more wears before I officially decide but I see a full bottle purchase coming. And Beach Hut Man is a stunner! Wasn't what I originally respected from the name but that's not a bad thing at all. Putting that one back in my rotation soon!
Coincidently, I'm wearing African Leather today (full wearing for the first time). Gorgeous, and so nefariously easy to wear! Very interesting selection, quite interested on Ébène Fumé and 40 Knots.

40 knots I have to try on skin as I didn't like it on paper that much. Beach hut is fabulous! On my to get list, good for all seasons. Still have to smell Isola Blue. Ebene Fume I got last October, a unique scent for sure. I chose to get it over Bois Marocain which I was itching to buy again as it was my favorite woody perfume. They don't smell the same, but they both have that dark classy elegant vibe. African Leather is also on my potential to get list. Have to try Labyrinth of Spices. Not familiar with Chris Colins scents. For me 10/10s are(from my current collection): Ebene Fume, Tuscan Leather, Homme Ideal Intense, Egoiste, Aimez Moi Comme Je suis, Bucherron pour homme EDP, Vintage, Ambre Eternel, Costume National - pop collection, Dunhill London, Terre d'Hermes edt. 10/10s from older collections and/or to get list: Penhaligon's Halfeti Leather, Stairway to Heaven, Ricci Club, Xeryus Rouge, Gucci Nobile, Gucci Pour Homme, Botega pour Homme, L' Issey Miyake (original and L'Eau Bleue d'Issey), Thierry Mugler Ice Men, Fahrenheit EDT, Lacost Pour Homme (original formula) and Buveur de Vent from Liquides Imaginaires.

African leather is one of the 7best leather based frags out there
What do you reckon of New Leather by New Notes? My verdict is that it instantly smells like every other really well made leather niche fragrance, a bit like Tuscan Leather etc but then on the skin after half an hour it's really lovely, very creamy and soft. Love to know what YOUR "7 best leather based frags" are though. I'm still searching for another leather forward fragrance to add to my collection as I've got room for one more car in the parking lot.

I seldomly comment despite being a fan of the channel for a while, but I felt compelled to comment because the mention of vibes and inexplicableness with fragrances is something I resonate with. It's why I wear the fragrances I do. Some that are absolutely within that category for me would have to be Iris Malikhan, Encens Suave, and Prada Black. Thanks for the video Justin and Grace.

African Rooibos is amazing. I when tinto Nordstrom and they had CCs fragrances so I was smelling them for the first time and walked out with a bottle! I needed it in the collection and I never pay retail for anything. So good.
Guess I'm the only one here that doesn't get 40 knots. Had it twice but just couldn't get it. Can't unpack the scent! Both times I had bottles and had to sell em.
40 knots is the one of two fragrances I couldn't figure out. Will sample it again ... one day.

Ébène fumé, bois marocain, and myrrhe mystère seem to all be the same fragrance but with some oils turned up or down, myrrhe mystère is by far my fav, you should def try it, it seems to have a lot more white musk kind of rooting the fragrance, also tried Gambit upon your recc recently, such a wonderful fresh fragrance which to me has kind of a caramel vibe, some facets leaning to desirtoxic or sauvage def, put it on yesterday at 5pm, its now 1pm and its still pumping on my wrist, def more performance than i need but great stuff!💯 A lot of my loves this year have been discoveries thru this channel so thanks bro💯👍

Dia Man is utterly amazing. Have you tried Royal Tobacco? The most beautiful tobacco fragrance I've smelled, the frankincense and licorice compliment the tobacco so well. Very unique approach. Journeyman is nice as well.

Great list! I have to try Chris Collins and the Labrynth. I have Beech Hut Man great fragrance. I may get a full bottle of Ebene Fume really like that too. I will probably wait until the upcoming Autumn or Winter to get that and maybe Hypnotizing Fire by The Harmonist. Fragrances in my small collection that really uplifts me and gives me that feeling you all described, I would say, being that I’m partial to Creed, most of my Creeds, PDM Pegasus Exclusif, Gucci Intense Oud , Kilian Rolling In Love to name a few.
I love Grace's choices. The only ones I've not tried are Ebene Fume and Oud Galore. I really wish you guys would try Angelo's Creations Karikia. What you describe as your 10/10 feeling is exactly how I feel when I smell it. It's so interesting, intoxicating, deep, and just magnificent. P.S. I have Chris Collins's new "Lust" on the way, and I'm super excited to sniff it because dude knows how to craft some fragrances. 🙂

It’s a Xerjoff exclusive to their Milan and Monaco Boutique. I picked it up last month while in Milan for Esxence. Similar to 40 Knots but different.

See with the Oligarch TDH comparison, they both have some rich woody dry downs but TDH to me is mostly woody and Oligarch is mouthwatering citrus on the opening. I wouldn't ever describe TDH as mouthwatering.

So I'm curious, when you mentioned at 2:40 that you wore Beach Hut in the morning and was going to wear something else in the evening... how do you make sure that previously applied fragrances don't collide? Even when I take a shower and scrub very well, sometimes I can still smell some residual. I've heard that you can wipe down with an alcohol wipe too. But I'm just curious what your tips might be?
After 8+ hours, most moderately performing fragrances, even if not completely evaporated, will be masked by a new scent. Fragrances like Beach Hut cannot be masked.

African Leather is great but a friend used word fecal to describe some notes of it. This is why I’m not buying it.
Ngl there's a big difference between Oligarch and Isola Blu. Oligarch has a much better projection, and the notes a more vibrant. Isola Blu is lighter and airy
