Devon, how on earth did you acquire a can of Swedish surströmming !? :D If you know how to prepare it, ignore the following, but if not: Open can outside. Tilt it 45 degrees. Use can opener on top angle, away from you, so that the internal gasses gets released without any brine spewing out. If you do this indoors, the clean-up will be an utter nightmare as it stinks for ever. Next, rinse the fish in a bowl of water or whatever fits, then filet it. Rinse the filets in water. Get some flatbread, put a dash of sour cream on it, along with chopped up red onions, and maybe chopped up tomatoes as well, then add a piece of the fish. Enjoy.

I totally agree with you on that one pending on what kind of nutritionists you are speaking about, if it's a "carnivorous" one, that's bad news for overall health (cholesterol, high blood pressure, hearth attack risk and so on). But if you want to get as massive as possible, the standard diet is the best regarding the health consequences.
You're clueless. This food is healthy. A lot of people eat this way their whole life and never have long term negative side effects. Stay weak.
