I think both coats are great. The first one is supposed to be structured like that. Between the two coats, she has both a form fitting trench jacket and a structured coat with great lines.
Honestly the second one looks so bad I’m surprised she said she liked how it draped it looks cheap and ugly but the first one at least had some stability to it even if people are saying it looked too boxy the second one looked like polyester

What I've done, since I can't afford from the store she often chose, is I pay attention to the cereal she mentions. You can then look for similar brands, and materials in the thrift store. It's made a big difference. ❤

Omg I LOVED the Constant Coat so much. The wool/cashmere feels so heavy and silky, it was heaven. Unfortunately boxy coats don't suit my curvy frame, so I exchanged for the Aria. It's very nice as well, but it wasn't LOVE like the Constant was ☹️

Just a suggestion. You have a yellow undertone to your skin. So keep the off white or get one which is still in the off white family. As a person of tge same skin tone, true white will give your skin a green cast and make us look jaundiced. So please try them on in the store and you'll see what I mean. But a beautiful winter white will maje you glow. Also look much more elegant. Yes, it's a lovely coat. 🇨🇦👌❤️
Isnt Aritzia a better brand? Why does it use wool rather than virgin wool which, in my opinion, typically both feels , looks and works better. Every piece of luxury clothing that features "wool" is either 100% cashmere or virgin wool. Is there as good reason for the difference?
