Thank you for the video. My favourite for the rank is definitely the T18B1. On the B18B I use the tail gunners alot for defense. On the T18B1 the gunners are a weakness but what I do is use the maneuverability and turn to meet the attacking fighter head on... Makes for alot of fun using the offensive guns. Keep well. Cheers

The J26 is my favorite. It's speedy and maneuverable at high speeds. I never knew Mustangs could be soo good. I also like the .50 cals, they're hard hitters.
Belts are much inferior to American belts tho,

I did not even notice that the J21-A3 has a lower dive speed and used it more than the A2, because of the option to use rockets. But I never noticed, that the 13mm are able to kill tanks! Thanks for the advice 👍

Imagine how deadly the J26 would have been if the Swedish through out the 50. cals for 13.2mm Machineguns. That would have been one terrifying plane to go up against
absolutely, im still waiting for a premium like that ;) blue print style.
The A21 A-3 has become my most potent plane in Ground Battles amongst all nations. The fuselage-mounted rocket rack makes for very accurate CAS and the downsides of rip speed and engine overheating are barely an issue when flying at such low altitude.

T18B-1 is the plane I used to grind out 90% of the Swedish prop tech tree. Dogfighting fighters... it’s amazing. With a bomber spawn and decent climb, you can club enemy fighters that are still climbing.

I remember a joke I made to myself about rank 3 and 4 Sweden when I was playing with them, "I either get rich or I go broke" cuz these things are monsters in Arcade (not so much in RB though, one bullet is enough to just kill these planes) but the repair costs are absurd (we're talking 9, almost 10k for a fully upgraded J21A-1 while a fully upgraded BF109 F4 only costs 6k) but at least with their firepower, and maneuverability (in Arcade at least) I can mostly make up for it, giving me, on average, 5-9 kill games consistently, and as a result, over 12k silver lions every game (unless the game was going quite slow and the only planes that I ended up using were the J22's cuz they just wouldn't die for some reason)
Thankfully I've gotten better at actually using these things (but no way am I using them in RB anytime soon) and managed to go from the brink of poverty (20k SL) to living the high life (about 60k SL, with auto repair on, so I probably got over 120k in reality) after just 5 games, then I realized I hadn't redeemed any of my free battlepass rewards and lo and behold I now have 365k silver lions
Also the weakness of the T18B = The Pilot gets taken out in head ons very easy. But that comes with all Swedish B/T18-line Bombers.

You forgot to add this optimal performance on the B18/T18's is tied to a high-ish altitude, which is the best for bnz fighters and bombers, that's also a pro most of the time.
I would rather use the T18B2 as an interceptor/bomber, just has the perfect armaments for it.
it can definitely do more then just high alt, the drop off isnt that terrible.
13:53 - fratricide. At first, I thought you'd oversped and ripped the wings, then I saw that your squadmate killed you. I think you flew into his stream, but to be honest, you commenced your attack first and the shots came from left-rear.

it really was, I had to fly arcade, because realistic wait time was almost 3 mins

they did indeed increase the grind, its insane.
the J-21A-3 is great for me its fun but if you can mange the G load and takeoff flaps or landing if needed she's a A6M2 for 3 sec

The J21-A2 and 3 have a stronger 20mm than the A1. Also the repair cost on the A2 is completely insane.
okay for the 20mm, the repair cost is high, but i have a 10/1 K/D ratio in it, it can easily sustain that repair cost.
Jengar Yeah, the thing is, not to kiss your ass, but most of us aren’t that good, so it becomes more of an issue. Especially the players that might, say, need a guide on the Swedish tech tree. It’s great that you personally can ignore retarded expenses, but you need to recognize that we aren’t all you.

very good video good job Jengar ! We agree on almost every point except A2 and A3 werent much fun as i fly alone and the climb rate suffers a lot against russians and axis alike. It didnt help to be uptiered 8 times out of 10. Forsome reasons the MM was nicier to me with the A1. The T18B2 is my personal 264 eraser (i have a beef against those BV238/264).

Can’t even play Swedish planes bc it takes year to find a game. Have to wait 10min + or only play rank 1 just to get a game. 2.7-3.3 is where the problem happens but 4.3 can find a game but takes awhile
i've not had too much trouble flying lower tiers and que time. allies get a little bit longer ques, but its not too bad. usually 5 minute is on the longer side.
Jengar ,pls if its not to much please update the swedish ranks since theres New Finnish vehicles and this was 2 years ago❤
J 21A-1 should have a Hispano and just 60 shells, that is kind of the difference (there were a few minor ones too)

There is more stuff still wrong in the Swedish tree, but they ignore my bug reports.. A32A could and did indeed load 720 shells, J 29F could carry any rockets the B could, J32B could carry any rockets the A32A could etc.. Sad..

I don't know why but the fuel tank on the a21 is making the plane looks cooler then the j21, I really like fuel tanks for some reason
Edit: on war thunder wiki it said that the speed limit on the a21 is the same as the j21 which is 683 kph, that's weird and now I don't know which plane to play with lol
I use the A3 for fighting cuz the repair cost is alot lower

@@jengar6258 playing through the swedish tech tree now and i will add it's a bit tough until you get the guns barrel upgrade but until then it's really hard XD but now it's my SL gainer for the sweeds

Pretty sure he has a premium account. Also the reason is because he saves up those SL.

Also, the premium benefits compound. If you've premium and are flying a premium plane and also are using a SL booster, you're going to get a lot more SL. And, if you win the match, you get 120% extra RP and 67% extra SL, so if you've premium and are flying an premium plane, and also have an SL booster activated, AND you have a great game, you're going to see a LOT of SL.

Not much of a difference with mec (J21), it simply boils, you cannot really squeeze out much from it, even with 100% radiators. Simply stay off the WEP - use it rarely in engagements. Treat it like an early Reggiane 2001.
Not true, if you use 90% prop pitch and 100% radiators off take off, you’ll be able to WEP freely. If it’s a warmer map like sicily or you still overheat, drop down to 85% prop pitch until you reach altitude.

There's a huge difference if you're using MEC. At the very least, you no longer have to worry about cooking the engine.
I'll probably have to learn to use it just for climbing. But will have to put some time in ;)

I honestly don’t see the point in flying the supposedly “good” or “monster” planes in sweden rank 3 and 4, i mean yeah sure they evaporate people but what have they got besides that? In my experience the J21’s and A21’s have horrible turning unlike the J22’s, yeah sure they go fast but there’s no point in simply going fast if all u can do is fly in a straight line. And don’t even get me started with the durability, especially considering the BR it’s in, even my J22’s can not only last longer in BR between 3.0 and 4.0, but they can even get between 2-5 kills. Meanwhile, the J and A21’s can barely even get 1 and 2 kills, and get their wings snapped off, engine burning, oil leaking, and propeller bent in 6 places after just 1 FUCKING SHOT it’s like the damn things are just twigs with guns strapped to them. The repair cost is fine, but considering how crap they seem to be in dogfights, (which are like 90% of the fights that i get into, be it wilingly or unwillingly) i find myself repairing the damn thing after every game if it so much as gets grazed by a stray bullet. So yeah, i’m never using these damn things unless i’m sitting on tens of millions of silver lions, i’ll just stick to my J22’s, at least those are reliable, good speed, decent climb rate, and amazing turning, great all around all in all, and can destroy anything in a dogfight as long as it isn’t a plane specialized in turning or speed like a spitfire
And don’t tell me to just “Sneak up on people with the J21 and A21” yeah, fuck that, try getting someone from behind they either see you and start looping behind you (and at that point you’re basically dead considering how shit the turning on a J and A21 is) or another enemy plane that just so happened to be behind you fires one bullet and next thing you know your plane is suddenly scrap metal
Koen mate, if you're dying a lot in dogfights, willing or unwilling, you really have to analyse for yourself how you get yourself in those situations, and what you can do to prevent it. You got to look at improving your use of the plane instead of blaming the plane. Ppl who keep blaming the plane will never get to their maximum potential as a pilot.

Welp, in that case, i recently got a bunch of backup cards for the J21A-2 and the A21A-3, luckily enough. It’s a great opportunity for me to find out what the fuck im doing wrong with these planes lmfao 😂
But of course, there’s always the test flights and such that i can do

@@jengar6258 sorry its not, no matter how good that thing is, ending up barely breaking even or even in negative on SL will hut the grinding, putting talisman on that plane isnt helping with the grind, its making it LONGER because you will get the research done, but after that you will also have to separately grind for the silver to actually buy the stuff you researched.
If i had to i would rather pick one of the other planes at that tier with HALF the repair cost
This plane supports above avarage performance. i have a 10/1 k/d ratio in it. This is a good bit above my average. Thus it comes higly recommended. And all my squadmates i talked to about this plane also had above average performance in it (compared to their averages). If you cant make a profit in this plane, its not the plane you should blame, but your own effectiveness in it. I think, more or less know, that you're using it wrong.

even more so when in all the footage i see you flying in a squad ...
in WoT we used to call this statpadding ... you wont play stock vehicles and you always play in a team padding your stats up because unlike solo player there is always someone to bait for you or pull your ass out of fire when you need it ...
so please stop acting as if 10/1 k/d would be bread and butter for solo players that have to actually go through the grind flying stock underperforming machine.
is it better than the competition? yes thats why it has that ridiculous repair cost, which makes it not useful for general player grinding vehicle ...
J21a2 is not fast at all
it used to be reasonably fast for its old br.
BnZ meta is dead - people rather crash their planes than get bomm and zoomed ... you end up with 1 or nor kills most matches and its boring and frustrating as hell..
