Gw2 | Vale Guardian | Mid strat | Power Boon Chronomancer (Quickness/Alacrity)

As long as the squad's DPS is high enough to only get 1 green per boss phase, Chrono can use Distort on F4 to prevent taking any damage from the green explosion, reducing the danger of getting downed and taking off pressure from the healer (see 0:16, 1:14, 2:09).
Breaking the breakbar of the red Guardian took pretty long in the first phase, so I decided to help out in the second. I should have already done so in the first though.
Power Mesmer has easy access to cc via Sword#4, Greatsword#5, F3, and Moa (Signet of Humility). I prefer to bring Moa over Gravity Well on Vale Guardian since Gravity Well can pull in Seekers if they're too close. However, I did not hit any of my Moas as the breakbar was broken too quickly - as Moa is the highest of my cc skills, it should be cast first.
I was responsible for quickness in my subgroup. It is inevitable to drop quickness on condi players going to red, which the Scourge in my subgroup did. Additionally, in contrast to alacrity, drops in quickness uptime are okay during downtime (here: end of split phases). However, I did not properly open the 2nd boss phase as Vale Guardian was still invulnerable when I cast Sword#5 - I should have started with Dagger#3 instead.

moa is useless if u r doing a split in 2
then, on P2 you should start GS then swap sword to maximise dagger AA co their r stonger than GS AA
start ur 2nd split as GS and swap sword when u'll have to kill green so u can open CS as on the golem during P3. However, you can do a reverse open which is better on very short phases :D
