    Dobře.
    Jen nemohu souhlasit, že poklička nehraje roli při vyvařování - zahušťování.
    Bez pokličky pára všechna (skoro) odchází rovnou mimo hrnec.
    Poklička způsobí alespoň částečně kondenzaci páry a tím recyklaci vody zpět do hrnce.
    Tady je výsledek samozřejmě závislý na intenzitě topení - jak generovaná pára "třepe" pokličkou a pára uniká pod ní a "přepere" vliv té kondenzace.
    Jinými slovy, pokud chci vodu vyvařit (omáčku zahustit), potom jistě bez pokličky.

    1:33:17 prilisne zahrati "brusle" / noze se kontroluje pri zavodech zimních bobů. Závodníci přišli na to, ze predehrate noze jedou rychleji a tak je pri zavodech kotrolovana teplota nozu, ktera se nesmi lisit o vice jak č stupne oproti "referencnimu" ponechanemu alespon hodinu na volnem vzduchu.

    Skvělý. Jinak myslím že o "anomáliích vody" by se dala udělat samostatná několikahodinová přednáška.

      Existuje jistě mnoho souborných prací zabývajicích se anomáliemi vody. Kopii jedné takové mám přímo k dispozici.
      Nemůžu teď přesně citovat, mám to v tištěné formě bez podrobnějšího titulu.
      Ve věku internetu ale není jistě problém se na ni nebo jistě mnoho jiných dostat.
      Anomálie se netýkají třeba jen teplotní závislosti hustoty kapalné vody, ale prakticky všech fyzikálních vlastností.
      Z velké části to "mají na svědomí" vodíkové můstky.
      A to nemluvím o takovém "Mpembeho jevu", kdy při jistém uspořádání experimentu dovedu ochlazováním převést na led rychleji vodu o počáteční teplotě vyšší než, když začnu s vodou studenější.
      To je ale už "zábava z jiného soudku".

    Vizkozita klesá s rostoucí teplotou skoro u všech kapalin i bez nějakych specifických interakcí - třeba i u nepolárního uhlovodíku.
    Píšu skoro, protože můžeme zdánlivě pozorovat opačnou závislost v jistém oboru teplot u kapalné síry.
    Tam je to ale způsobeno tím, že se uplatňuje "oligomerace" molekul síry - tedy chemická reakce.
    Tak jako tak mohou vznikat provozní problémy, nebo i problémy při přepravě.
    Byl, alespoň svého času, zakázán transport síry (aspoň lodní) síry v kapalném stavu a musela se přepravovat ve stavu pevném.
    Nevím, jestli ten zákaz platí i dnes.

    Neodpovídám na otázku,ale ptám se.Je prokázána přeměna jednoho kvarku na druhý?Vznikly neutrony stejným spůsobem jako v neutronových hvězdách zatlačením elektronů do protonů?Ing.Kondr.

    Mě by zajímalo, jak blízko se musí přiblížit částice k antičástici, aby došlo k anihilaci. Přijde mi, že ve dvoukvarkových částicích musí být kavrk a antikvark docela blízko, navíc slepený gluonem, tak proč neanihilují? Nebo je gluon od sebe, kromě toho že je drží, také nějak izoluje?

    8:38 je nestabilní, a nikomu nepřipadne na ni svvést to klouzání? Proč? když je nestabilní, bude způsobovat vznik a zánik dočasných diamantových '" kuliček" po kterých to bude klouzat jako po valivých ložiscích... ne?

    Přednáška je super, ale to blikání obrazu z projektoru je nesnesitelný. Chápu, že s tím kamera nic neudělá, ale radši bych prostřih do powerpointu.

    56:30 - to že z pokličky odkapává kondenzovaná voda zpět znamená, že se o ni pára ochladila, predala jí energii a o tu přicházíme horní stranou pokličky. Takže bych selským rozumem čekal, že se hrnec rychleji vyvaří bez pokličky. A druhá pochybnost je nad teorií, že zvýšení tlaku pokličkou způsobí rychlejší odpar. Zvýší se teplota kapaliny, ale energie potřebná pro fázový přechod nikoli. Teoreticky by měl být dopad naopak negativní, protože teplejší kapalina = teplejsi povrch hrnce = vetší ztráty. Rád bych na to znal Váš názor, event.postřeh, kde dělám v myšlenkách chybu :)

    Básnička původně napsána mému malému synovi,když byl vystresovan z poplašných zpráv o konci světa a do toho ještě nesněžilo.

      Vesmír nemá konec v tom smyslu, že "narazíte" na nějakou překážku nebo stěnu. Stejně, jako povrch země nemá konec, taky nenarazíte na žádnou překážku. Jediný rozdíl je v tom, že prostor vesmíru je 3 dimenzionání (když pominu čas jako dimenzi), takže zakřivení vesmíru nemůžeme vidět, protože jsme schopni vnímat jen 3 prostorové dimenze (délka výška a šířka). Jinými slovy - vesmír má tvar 4rozměrné koule (nebo elipsoidu). To znamená, že když přes něj pošlete gravitační vlnu, bude běhat dokola, tak jako rázová vlna po silném zemětřesení běhá několikrát kolem dokola celé země. Problém je ten, že vesmír je vůči nám naprosto nepředstavitelně velký a že se rozpíná tak rychle, že gravitační vlna se bude pohybovat pomaleji, než je "rychlost" rozpínání časoprostoru.

      Feynmanovi diagramy - rozpad beta, neutron(udd) → proton(udu), kvark d se změní na u , d → u + W-
      , a potom W-(zprostředkujicí boson) → e- + antineutrino

      Nie som odborník, ale kvarky si predstavujem ako hudobné tóny. Je rozdiel medzi vysokým C a nízkym C. Ten rozdiel je vo frekvencii. Hudobné tóny majú farbu a výšku, presne ako kvarky.

    Zase ten velký třesk.Kdy už si páni teoretici uvědomí,že malý a hustý vesmír při své hmotnosti je černá díra bez možnosti expanze ve které se čas zastaví. I

      Musíš to tady všude víc votapetovat svejma bludama, inžo. V posledních letech nás zanedbáváš. Ale já to chápu, každej den průlomová přednáška na nějaký významný světový univerzitě, neustálý cestování, rozhovory do medií, články do Nature atd., to dá jednomu zabrat.
