  • Recently decided to upgrade my main PC’s RAM to 64GB from 32GB.
I’ve been getting to more video editing on my PC and have noticed 32GB has not been enough to get the job done.
I don’t recommend 64GB unless you are doing similar work.
My RAM amount recommendation for each application
    - 8GB: Casual PC use and gaming with games that aren't resource intensive.
    - 16GB: All you need for any gaming
    - 32GB: Gaming and doing something resource intensive at the same like streaming or running other applications.
    - 64GB: Editing high resolution video and photos
More RAM doesn’t make things “more fast”. It gives you a “higher ceiling” to work with.

Upgraded my RAM to 64GB from 32GB for video editing purposes. How much RAM do you have in your PC?
Also, just noticed a silly discrepancy with the my watch in the video. Can you find it and tell me what is it?

From my understanding, both are good companies. People say that G Skill does better performance-wise. I've been using G Skill RAM since 2020 and its been great for gaming and all sorts of applications.

I bought this RAM back in February this year and at the time it cost me $307.99 total.
