Lol. Well, in her defense, some parents do allow their children to call them by their name. But, most parents (I think) prefer that their children call them mom and dad. It just depends on the person.
My oldest brother calls his parents by their nicknames. I call my parents mama and daddy.
I love that the youngest ones were able to help "build" the couch. They took pride in their work and will remember it every time they walk into the room. Uzi is so independent, intelligent, and his language skills are impressive. I have kindergarten students that I'm still working on their communication skills. I literally smiled 😃 from beginning to end!
When you slid Uzi's little self into the lying down position to drill in the foot of the chair, I squealed. Absolutely adorable 🥰 and I never get tired of hearing him say "sowwy" 😭
Watching a couch being put together has never been so entertaining. Those chocolate babies are too precious 🤎🤎🤎🤎

OMG - Uzi's little chuckle is so delightful! Loving that Anaya is learning "shop" skills (not retail shop) early on. I used to help my mom put things together, (single-parent household, all daughters) and love doing so still today. One recommendation - please pull her hair back in a tie/ up in a pony tail/bun when using drills/tools to keep from risk of getting caught/tangling. Most tools will come w /this warning in the packaging but I'm mentioning just in case. ;-) Keep shining!

I love them learning at an early age. I did the same with my Dad. Now I can put up a wall with no problem.
See this is attractive to me in a man! Chemistry yes is important, but the connection as a family is so appealing like this family is!! I went into marriage with this ideal, unfortunately mine didn't turn out like this family but I love it and believe in it still and love seeing families like this. Much love and respect. Peace.

I really love seeing you do this with your daughter, it reminded me of when I was her age and younger, all I wanted to do was do these things with my dad and he just rejected me and one time he beat me so bad for touching his tools. It traumatised me and I never felt loved or wanted by my dad because I wasn’t a boy right up to adulthood. So the impact your having on your lil princess just from involving her and saying girl power, you may not realise but you are shaping her whole world in positive light. Well done dad

Wonderful video and it showed how children and siblings can work together and do something productive. I love your family because I am the only girl of five brothers. My oldest brother, my hero, passed away from illness way too soon. I remember him teaching me to ride a bike, us shoveling snow together, us washing the car as a family in our drive way and taking turns shining my Dad’s shoes for him. All ideas you are free to use.
It is so important that we show loving imperfectly perfect cohesive black families because we are almost 50 million in this country and close to 10 million are married black families with children. I was raised in a two parent household with many siblings and that is how I grew up in middle class black communities with kids just like me. It is important that chocolate children and teenagers feel positive and good about themselves and see positive examples of happy balanced families and kids.

I’m an after school teacher, and I have to come up with endless ENDLESS activities. But it’s also how you do the activities with them. When I’m tired, I need a recharge, I come to this THIS channel. Maybe it’s weird since it’s fatherhood…. But the approach is completely hands. Really helpful when a tired teacher needs a Gatorade break.
I loved when uncle baby said, “okay “ when you asked him to not step on the box. He is showing a very different personality for such young age and in a matter of months. So loving, joyful, well behaved and well mannered. You guys are doing so amazing with the chocolate babies. They look happy.

I've starting helping my dad from a very young age to build the furniture. It always looked like a game to me. As a grow up I realize that for some people if was not fun at all. And also that was a thing that the men were supposed to do. I had to move a lot and all that I learnt from that helped me so much. I'm 30 now and I am the one who handle any furniture now :) :)
