- The UNSC convened an emergency meeting on Sunday in response to Israel's request to discuss Iran's attack. Diplomats called for restraint from all sides to prevent further escalation of conflict in the region.
Previously, Iran retaliated to Israel's attack on its embassy compound in Syria earlier in the month by launching a barrage of drones and missiles. This marked the first instance of Iran openly attacking Israel from its own territory.

This is neglect from Guitearras and UNSC and may be corrupt compliance alongside the west .This lack of condemnation will be dangerous going forward and lead to more of this Embassy attacking business.
