Reason for this re-upload: In theory using movie clips in videos is covered under "fair use" in US copyright law, as long as you only use a few seconds accompanied by commentary. We have never received any complaint from Disney or Lucasfilm about our videos. However, when these clips contain music, even if the volume is low and it is just a second or two, other companies that represent music artists will put a copyright claim on your video for the soundtrack. This sometimes happens to us when a video reaches near a million views. In the pas we have successfully fought the claim, but this time the company who made the claim is refusing to release it, so rather than allow them to take our hard earned revenue, I made a new version of the video, you will notice the clips of Han that did have music are now silent.
Generation Tech that is understandable. i though maby you were looking for more positive comments about ford othere than he is adbag who should be eternaly greatful to his fan necause it made him rich and famouse because ot sure as hell is not his acting. it sucks.

@@LetsGetitBoah no Star Wars is
@@LetsGetitBoah i would say SW is bigger but Indiana Jones is bigger for Harrison Ford. So yeah its kind of understandable that he doesnt want to be hunted by SW nerds for his side-main character role for 40? 50? years now when there is an entire franchise which made him sucessfull where he is the main character.
Mostly because he's the main character in that franchise, where in star wars he's a supporting character
😂😂😂lmao
It's ironic, isn't? Harrison Ford couldn't have cared less about Han Solo, so he gets his wish fulfilled in having him die in TFA.
Mark Hamill on the other hand couldn't have cared MORE about Luke Skywalker, and he gets completely ignored and dies anyway in TLJ.
My mom keeps track of stuff like that, she was telling me one day he was pissed at how he died, (I was to now that I think about it).
Luke was killed in the Last Jedi because it would have been morally insensitive to kill off Leia, which was probably the plan - hence the re-write. Comercially the film would've bombed and the world would scream at them.
BS. Luke was written as killed off long before Carrie Fisher's tragic death.
Watch the behind the scenes documentary to see.
Plus Hamill expressed how much he hated how they ruined his character much further back as well.
It’s actually really common for the old hero to be killed off and narratively the best bet. It’s a new story about new characters and suspense is hard to do when you as the audience can be like “why doesn’t luke just do this?”. His death gives the new characters a chance to form their stories.
Watch Logan for an example of a hero dying to give the next generation a chance.
Now we can argue that if how he died was done in a way luke would have done it and I’m sure you’d say it wasn’t and I’d disagree. Story wise it was a good choice tho regardless what the actor says
I am still salty about grumpy Luke at least his death was noble

Oh coarse he was. He was probably payed a sickening amount of money for that to.
He has had a long and fulfilling career outside of Star Wars, which he might not have had if he wasn't in Star Wars. He didn't act all that well in cowboys and aliens either. I have liked a few of his various characters in his numerous movies, but he doesn't strike me as a very nice or wise person in real life.
Harrison Ford isn't enthusiastic about anything really,he is the grumpiest actor who ever lived
What I always noticed about him.
Now that you mention it, I would have to agree. I guess acting is more a job for him then a passion and that's OK.
Alec Guinness was worse. He threw out half his fan mail without even opening it and he once walked up to a boy and made him cry when he found out the kid had seen Star Wars over 100 times. He told him never to watch it again and got yelled at by his mother
Andrew Garfield I had never heard of Alec Guiness before Star Wars, and I was 11 in 1976. Star Wars made him more famous than his previous movies, and he couldn't stand that. He thought he was more than that.
He's only enthusiastic about money.

Jj Abrams while shooting Rise of Skywalker: Yeah about that....
Money talks bullshit walks
People might mistake him as a sellout, I I for one think it’s a breath of fresh air to have an actor not want to overcome their stay. He knows how to play a character well, and he knows when that character’s time is up. If Han didn’t get killed in TFA, he might have left or asked for more money, and honestly so would i lol. I’m tired of companies stretching out their use of characters just for a bit of extra cash
That sucks I’ve always loved Han and Harrison Ford. Realizing he partially hated the role takes away from his character in my opinion.
@Don Shepherd Lol exactly. I actually think it doesn't affect my view of Han for that very reason! In fact, makes him more Han-like!
Now Sir Alec Guiness as Obi Wan on the other hand... Let's just say I vastly prefer Ewan McGregor's mirthful portrayal of the character 🙂

Han solo was to cool for himself. Seems fitting.
Mr. Ford really should get off his high horse; if he had not played Han Solo, no one today would know who Harrison Ford is, and he certainly would not have been offered any of the roles he thinks are "better" than Han Solo. He ought to express gratitude rather than snub at something that made him famous.
Harrison didn't audition for the role. He was reading as Han Solo for the people auditioning for Luke and Leia, and George thought that he did a better job then the people auditioning for Han Solo, so he was offered the role.
Tim B I thought that was how it went down originally! I’m glad to see someone else knows this fact!
Quite right, Tim. He wasn't doing carpentry on the sets, either. Casting is done long before the sets are built.
James Fleming No he was in fact doing carpentry on the set.
@@pugtortuga3406 No, he wasn't. He was working on the entrance to Copula's office if I remember correctly and George walked in with another actor (who didn't make it) and greeted Harrison and at some point asked him to read with the other potentials. He was there for about a month and read with over a hundred other actors. It wasn't until the very end that they finally said screw it and asked him to play Han. I can understand his dislike for the character. Leonard Nimoy had similar issues with Spock. Unlike Ford, Nimoy managed to come to grips with Spock and even wrote a novel "I am Spock" to counter "I Am Not Spock"
And he also managed to kill off his character, only to regret it later.
I think Leonard came to embrace Spock by seeing him not as ears and spandex, but as a vehicle that gave meaning, joy, and direction to people. Similar to why Mark loves Luke.
I don't think he neccesarily disliked playing han but just did't like that it defined his whole career cause I imagine when most people see him they remark that know him for han solo and not Indiana Jones or blade runner

@@shelbybingham2630 That's the point...
03:32 - I wish actors like Alec Guiness and Ford had realised / would realise the audience these characters have. Yes, they might have played more interesting and challenging roles, but for someone like Alec Guiness, kids of the 80s were not interested in black & white comedies of the 50s. Kids aren't interested in Shakespeare. Obi-Wan caught their imagination and will always be special in a way no other role will. Plus, if you meet these people at Comic Con and they charge over £100 for an autograph, as much as you'd like to get multiple movies signed you have to prioritize and get one signed photo that is most important, and that is likely Star Wars. I'd love to tell Mark Hamill I loved his voice acting in things like Regular Show, but if I have ONE chance to get ONE thing signed I'm gonna go with a Luke Skywalker photo.

I've never understood actors. They want to make a living playing dress-up and make believe, yet they hate being pigeonholed as one particular character. It must suck being so good at your job that your performance resonates long after the director yells "Cut! Print! That's a wrap."
Better to be remembered for one particular role than not to be remembered at all. So what, if one particular character you played is the first thing that comes to mind when people hear your name. I'd take that any day over, "remember that guy that played that one action adventure dude? No? Well, you'd recognize him if you saw him."

@@F0XHunter Considering that movies and acting are supposed to be an art form, what makes a good character is completely relative. @@F0XHunter I'd take that. Better be known as the actor who played as "Stifler" than being known as "generic tough good guy" like Jason Statham
Harrison Ford had said in several interviews that he didn't hate the character of Han Solo, just that he didn't want to be known for only 'that' character, which is odd seeing that he's also known for 'another' character- Indiana Jones- of which the next film will hit theaters this summer. The difference between Lucas and Disney, is that Lucas wasn't willing to kill off Han in 'The Empire Strikes Back', where as Disney and J.J. Abrams was willing to grant Harrison's request.
Harrison: I don’t want to be defined by Han Solo! Noooo!
Also Harrison: hey ho! I play Han Solo in 5 movies!

Blade Runner and Indiana Jones are also truly great movies. Especially Blade Runner is very deep and poetic and dark throughout, while Star Wars can be pretty totally over the top and childish at times, especially the third movie. So I get why he wants to be remembered more for that movie maybe.
And I don't know how many movies he did, but it sucks when most of the fan interaction you have is about 3 movies. I bet tons of people like all his other movies, too, it's just that star wars has so many fans still today, because that turned into such a big franchise. Star Wars also has a ton of hard core fans I think.
The SW community gives actors/actresses a lot of crap about their characters but they need to realize that they are just the actors/actresses who are paid to read the lines and play the part

if I saw him, I'd try to conceal my amused smile when thinking of Han Solo. Bet your wrong. He seems to hate talking about Indiana Jones, Star wars and Blade runner. Big Baby 👶
I've met Harrison Ford and from what I witnessed, he seems to compartmentalize his interests. There's a time and place for everything. When he's working with the EAA, Young Eagles, aviation in general or any other organization he commits time to that is where his focus is. How many of you criticizing him would enjoy people wanting to talk to you about your job and what you did at said job last week, last month, last year? There's more to you than your job, so it goes with Harrison.
I don't think he would want to talk about any movie or movie role, now if you talked to him about vintage prop planes he would be all ears.
For 30 years Han, I mean Harrison, found himself wide awake at night with a knot in his stomach. Fearing the phone call from George where he would request him to come back as Han Solo. It became an obsession, sometimes he almost wanted that phone call, sometimes he screamed at his wife. Then in 2012 he was unable to sleep once again and the phone finally went off. He started to panic, thought to himself what to say, how to best decline the offer. He reached for the phone, took a deep breath and answered
"Han speaking". And the rest is history.

he does have a point. Han's death would have meant far more dramatic weight to his part in the overall story.

Laura J. I understand him in a way as well. Star Wars did make him an instant huge star but it also destroyed the careers of other actors, who were blamed for ruining it. I'm talking about the prequels like Hayden Christensen and the child actor who played young Anakin (forgot his name) who was ridiculed and got death threats by hardcore fans, now he is grown up and a mess! Christensen never recovered from the prequels as an actor as well, he is basically blacklisted in Hollywood. When he got the role, he maybe felt like he was the luckiest guy in the world and now I'm sure he regrets it deeply to have taken the role. The prequels also almost destroyed Natalie Portman's career. I think with all this in mind Harrison Ford just got very bitter not only about himself, but what this franchise did to his fellow actors. That's why I think he is so upset and warned Daisy Ridley and John Boyega. I think he took the money for his appearance not because he is greedy, as I'm sure he is financially doing more than fine, but as compensation he thinks he deserves for being typecast in many movies, most of his career actually. As an actor it is incredibly frustrating to be typecast and play similar characters in many movies and it all started for him with Star Wars. But this is just a theory. I agree that Mark Hamill had it worse and Ford saw this as well.
That's what Jake Lloyd's beef with Star Wars was all about. Apparently he said that Star Wars ruined his acting career.
Every now and then I imagine famous Han Solo lines being said by Christopher Walken. It's amazing in my head.
If you check out Harrison's IMDB, he's in a lot of stuff. A lot. Imagine having that much history in your field and only getting bothered for a goofy space trilogy you were a supporting character in in the 70's
"I'm in it for the money, I expect to be well paid!"
I’ve always been a fan of Ford over the years as his career progressed, but Han Solo is a classic role bigger than Ford himself. I get the whole type casting down side aspects, but one should respect the role that made him a big star and unforgettable as one can be in the movie world.
Maybe he's realizing fame isnt everything 🤷♂️ i do think he should be thankful but i can see why he's annoyed of the character
What Tony said ^
Also, seeing the direction where the disney Star Wars are heading, I'd be happy to see my character die quickly without getting ruined too much if I was Ford... Some weren't as lucky though... *looks at Hamill with compassion*
at the end of the day. star wars can get over hyped. it was unique for its time. but i can see y hes not worried bout it anymore. its just not that important as people think it is. just a character
I don't blame him as playing Han Solo litterally defines his acting career he just dosen't like how much it overshadows his other roles
Gratefulness dies with $. Often times, big stars who have loads of money and fame forget where they came from and ignore their humble beginnings.
Honestly, Carrie Fisher did a lot of post star wars projects, Harrison Ford played in numerous other movies...heck, he'd still be a generational icon without Star Wars because of Indiana Jones. Mark Hamill did a lot of cool stuff too, hes especially appreciated for his voice acting work. Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver both had a pretty good pre Star Wars resume...(Including that Coen Brothers' scene where they are both singing and playing guitar together in Inside Llewelyn Davis). I have to admit that I haven't seen John Boyega and Daisy Ridley in a lot of projects before and since Star Wars, but they'll definitely have the chance.
But he returned in Ep. 9 Rise of the skywalker for a short cameo for his gost to talk to his son Ben ironic.
tough to see someone hate a role that gave him his livihood
I just wonder if Harrison Ford did not get the role as Han Solo, would he be where he is now?
Ignorant you are.
In it for money. The best actors are not.
@@lixox1455 yes he starred in many many other movies.
@starwars345 paper exactly
He's just tired of Han Solo being his defining role.
He's exhuasted of having constant fans and people wanting to interveiw him or get an autograph.
I don't blame him for not wanting to talk about, or even like Star Wars.
Of course he appreciates what Star Wars did for his career, he just doesn't want to be known for ONLY Star Wars.
I guess "greedo" got Solo in the end... xD
cheers!

.....That’s terrible...
"He'll be sleeping at night knowing that he won't get another phone call for another Star Wars movie"
2019: Hey kid!
While Star Wars is an iconic film Harrison was in, I’ve always found like his other roles, especially the fugitive which is a big time thriller
Wrong... He was working in George Lucas' office, hanging a door and doing some repairs, not working on the Star Wars set. He was hired to read the part of Han and help with auditions. As Other actors read for Luke or Leia, Harrison read the Han part. He eventually proved to be the best Han as his performance beat out all the hopeful actors who formally auditioned for Han Solo.
I always remembered Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones cause I grew up with those movies and seeing him as this cunning, smart and badass character as for Han Solo...I didn’t exactly grew up with Star Wars only remembering bits and pieces and didn’t even know until I was able to actually process information properly that they look the same but they sure as hell don’t really act the same. In my eyes of course. But then again I haven’t seen Fords films in years.
Ford: “The story concludes itself at the end of the third film”
Disney: “Hold my beer”
It’s kind of inaccurate to say that he left mid-interview. His segment had ended. So he left. That’s how it works.
with all interviews like that, you are supposed to wait until the cameras are off before you leave. its rude not to.
maybe no one told him the proper Etiquette of interviews.
he has done hundreds. maybe even thousands. . . . and he clearly doesn't cut and run at the end of all of them.
It was pretty much the norm at Letterman at the time, guests often left immediately after interview. Nothing rude about that.
He didn't say "mid-interview"; he said "before the commercial break". The interview itself was concluded.
I always love how these actors hate what gave them a leg up in life.... There are far worse movie scripts than StarWars. StarWars was Great for it's time and the fact that StarWars was one of the main films/series that really opened up the SciFi Era
Imagine doodling a picture on a napkin while waiting for your food, and everyone really likes it for some reason. Now imagine putting your heart and soul into an actual sketch on real paper, but nobody cares and they just keep bringing up the napkin doodle for the next 30 years. That's how he feels about Han.
To him, Han is an unmovable giant that towers over even his best roles. He had no passion for the character, yet everything Ford does is almost always overshadowed by him. He probably doesn't feel like the role boosted his career at all, because Han is always the first thing anyone talks about when referring to it.
@@itheckinwindy Very well said, couldn't make a better comparison myself.
@@itheckinwindy To be fair, his role as Indiana Jones is quite well known too. Han isn't his only big role.
@@ikes3778 but mostly everyone just brings up Hans especially the kids.
If you were mobbed by star wars nerds for the rest of your life you would feel differently.
Man its so hard watching someone hate something that give him a living
"Hey Harrison, can u play the clone of Han Solo in Star Wars 12?"
He's the luckiest one!! Carrie Fisher never did anything of note again, other than a few (very) supporting roles. Hamill was so typecast that the only way for him to find meaningful work would be to voice the character of an animated series so people wouldn't see his face. Ford had the Indiana Jones movies come up right at the same time, along with Blade Runner as the video mentions. He also appeared in myriad other films over the years, some bad, some good. He was the least typecast of the 3 by a country mile...and had a career that Mark and Carrie could only have dreamed. So really, STFU Harrison.. take your $20M for minor role in a blockbuster movie and head back to your mansion !!
J. Haynes not fucking shit, man. Shut your fucking sniveling, punk-bitch ass, mrs. Ford.
Well, that escalated quickly.
Relax, bro.
Well said
J. Haynes Oh, Mark Hamill has had a considerably more prolific career than you're giving him credit for...
He doesn't hate Han Solo. He knew that this character can't be played forever because it will stop being so interesting in the future canon movies. And by the way this will make Ford the ultimate, favorite Han Solo face forever (including the future SW movies).
[" And by the way this will make Ford the ultimate, favorite Han Solo face forever (including the future SW movies)."]
Frankly, I don't give a fuck.
Danielle Rush *Actually gives a fuck by using up time in life to post that instead of actually not giving a fuck by ignoring it
Blue 1 Stop bitching behind your computer about it.
well that's the problem with a huge chunck of mouthbreathing so called SW fans. they believe SW should be a never ending gritty, dark war diary. they can't accept the fact that it's a fairy tale told in 3 movies, and that's the end of it.
Ye I think you’re right but I think he was also annoyed by it how big his role was. While it was great, it had to have gotten so aggravating where everywhere you went everyone is asking about his role as Han more than any other role. It’s like if you write books and created a great number of amazing series but one got super duper popular and no one wants to ask questions about your other works, only the super duper popular one you made a few decades ago. I can assure you that while it *IS* a good thing, you would get a little pissed about it sometimes
Me: I love Han Solo he was one of my favorite Star Wars Characters
Harrison Ford: I’m not really a fan of the character
Me: oh:(
"he's never going to get the phone call asking him to play the character again"
Hmm, yeah...... welp he did!
Question - would he have been cast in "Raiders of the Lost Ark" if not for his appearance as Han Solo? When you look at his career prior, he was rapidly passing the "a star discovered" phase and firmly on track to being a perpetual B-list actor.
tom seleck was cast as indi but he played magnum instead
MKahn84 Nope.
It's possible I missed something but he beat out seriously famous people to play Han Solo and he is brilliant! I would argue that he would have become famous without Han Solo but would Han Solo be famous without him?
@@patricahyslop3270 Thank the CBS Gods!
agreed freaking actors are such flakes
Mark Hamill was paid a million dollars for 30 seconds of screen time? Lol that’s fucking legendary 😂
"I'm a serious actor. Now get off my plane!" --Harrison Ford
It's pretty simple really. Harrison didn't want to be typecast as one kind of character or have people only remember him as "Han" when he has had numerous other great roles throughout his acting career, and I believe this is most if not all actors/actresses biggest fear is having one character define their entire career.
Who wants to be type casted for more than 40 years?
Ford was hardly type caste. He played a large variety of roles, from the great Indiana Jones, to the president of the United States (Air Force One), to an escaped convict (The Fugitive) to a dull boring killer (What Lies Beneath). He played Han Solo exactly 5 times to my knowledge: A New Hope, The Star Wars Holiday Special, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and The Force Awakens. That's hardly being type cast. For what ever reason he despised Han and is happy the character is dead. I'm glad that he's happy, I guess, but if I could request one thing from Harrison Ford, it would be that he never ever play Indiana Jones again either. Stepping back into the role was the worst thing for that character, as Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is easily the worst of those movies. The Last Crusade ended things perfectly with a nice bow and there was no need or reason for a fourth movie.
As a charming lonewolf spacepirate with a lazorcrossbow wielding spacebear as parrot and some nice revenue irl? Yeah, this would suck indeed.
Richard Klosterman I liked Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and look forward to #5.
Richard Klosterman
He reprised his roles as Han Solo, Indiana Jones, and Rick Deckard. That’s not exactly typecasting.
Nate the Great He was saying he was hardly typecast.
Because Han Solo is cooler than Harrison Ford. He's jealous.
WanagiAkicita nigga what fords the best
Han Solo is so much cooler than Harrison Ford, the closest Ford can get to his coolness level is to pretend to be him.
AsurasPath22 its a joke
WanagiAkicita 100%
The logic in this...... the more you read it the more painful it gets....
The thing that gets me about Ford is that he woudln't have had the opportunity to do all those other roles he liked better if it wasn't for playing Han Solo. Star Wars (and its fans) threw all the doors open for him and allowed him to choose his future roles and, lets not forget, make a whole lot of money. I have a lot more respect and appreciation for actors who take success their success well like Mark Hamill or Tennant and Smith (from Doctor Who) over the Fords and Ecclestons.
about the phone call... he got it for the new star wars movie. LOL
Thought I'd add a correction... Harrison was asked to do readings with the auditioning actors. As they continued, Lucas realized that Harrison read the parts better than the auditioning actors. At least, he felt that he encompassed the character better.
big mistake, lucas
I get it. Han's dialogue was often clunky (like most of Lucas' scriptwriting), and I'm sure it sucks to constantly be hounded by fans who only want to ask/talk to you about one role that you've played. Furthermore, I agree with Harrison's assessment about Return of the Jedi, as it was a bizarre combination of childish and adult themes (the same film that gave you ewoks, gave you slave Leia). They absolutely should've killed SOMEONE off in either Empire Strikes Back or Return of the Jedi, Han or otherwise, because it would've added emotional weight to the story.
With that said, Harrison Ford needs to show at least a little bit of appreciation. Without Star Wars, he likely wouldn't have gotten hired for any of his other breakthrough roles. The roles of Indiana Jones, Rick Deckard, Richard Kimble, or Jack Ryan wouldn't have gone to Ford if he'd remained an obscure set carpenter.
kurt russel woulda made a great han solo
They did kill yoda
Touche Bradley Larson. They did kill Yoda, although his death was hardly jarring. Don't get me wrong, ESB is the best in the series and ANH isn't far behind it. I vastly prefer the original trilogy. I just always felt that RotJ had an identity problem. It was darker, but also simultaneously more child-like.
I love the original Star Wars and though it took a while until I got older to realize the fualts of a movie. But StarWars has them and I agree with your points! A movie has there fualts and Starwars included. Though watching them to this day the story and romance of it (not just actual romance) but the story for being a classic and yet original at the same time for me. But you are corrupt the observation you make I believe.
Not corrupt I meant correct...
I have never seen anywhere else the claim that Harrison Ford was doing carpentry work on A New Hope. Lucas asked him to just read lines for others auditioning for instance actresses coming in to audition for Leia. He did it so well Lucas saw chemistry with Fisher and Hamill and decided to go with Ford despite his wanting mostly unknowns.
This video also didn't age well since Harrison Ford reprised his role as Han Solo in the Rise of Skywalker briefly.
Whoops, he’s back for 5 minutes in rise of skywalker
Indiana Jones was not an archeologist, he was a grave robber.

Whoa, that sounds fun for a video game. But it needs some spice... how about is a she instead of a he and... with huge boobs
Dude, you GOT to get some inaccuracies straight before posting!!! Firstly, Lucas was going to kill Han Solo off at the END of Empire Strikes Back, not Jedi. Harrison Ford was more than on-board, but Lucas then got some feedback that people liked the character, so he decided to just "freeze" Han, so he could return for Jedi. Ford was disappointed in this, but went along. He was finally happy (tongue in cheek) when they killed off Han in The Force Awakens, but he doesn't HATE Han Solo. Han Solo led to roles for him in Witness (that MADE his dramatic career), Blade Runner, and of course Indiana Jones. But Ford NEVER hated Han Solo, just liked other roles.
Secondly, you showed a clip from the David Letterman show that leads us to believe that Ford was upset and stormed off set. FAKE NEWS!!!! Actors that appeared on David Letterman in the early 80s OFTEN left RIGHT AFTER the interview as shown because they have to catch a quick flight out. This was common on David Letterman and Johnny Carson in the early 80s. I remember!
Thirdly, this is ALL a running joke by Harrison Ford. Again, Han is not his favorite role, but he is proud that it made him famous and landed him a LOT of pesos. His comment about Daisy Ridley and John B. was AGAIN tongue and cheek, not hate. They are NOW famous because of Star Wars and can now get other roles they had no shot at!!!!! That is what pretty much took Ford from an unknown into his own stardom. He can't be MAD at that!!!
Robert Beige , in the end he never did get type casted at all, did he? Was pretty much the end of the line for Hollywood movies for the rest of the cast, he did well because of his talent.
Ford wanted to be Dead in the very first Star Wars movie he was in lol get your fact straight lol
No, he made the statement to Lucas during Empire.
Robert Beige exactly!!! People don't get the fact that it's a running joke
His Indy role was in 1981, so that proves that he spoke to Lucas about killing off Solo during Empire, not a New Hope.

rise of skywalker: ima bout to **try** and restart this man whole career
4:38 Ouch, that aged harshly.
The irony of people calling him selfish. As great as it would've been to see Harrison Ford more in the Star Wars saga I fully understand his point of view.
THANK YOU! So many entitled jerks say he's just being selfish or ungrateful. No, I'm sure he's *very* aware of what an impact that role had on his acting career, after all, fans have only been annoying him about it for years!
@@DeathIsLethal Agreed, the man is entitled to not only feel he has moved on, but to have actually moved on. He does seem to come across with a certain amount of dislike for his part in the Star War’s films, but I think that might just be frustration from the general public focusing on that aspect of his over all stellar career.
This is old, but part of the reason he is so grumpy is because of the bullying he faced. He went to my high school, he was bullied so bad that he never wants to associate with that school ever again. He was beaten up mercilessly in the locker rooms. Every principal who has asked him to speak or at least write something small for the students has been told to fuck off. He is defiantly a man who want to just move on and not come back to a toxic past. think he fanbase wore him out with the constant pestering over star wars.
he should stay isolated in his cave.
